My (now) wife and I lived in C-town for 3 1/2 years. Cirellos pizza has the most zesty sauce, flavorful and perfectly-textured mozarella, and the most yummy dough. Perfect thickness too, and the perfect amount of toppings. This place was our best-kept secret, nobody else we talked to knew about it.* Order the vegetarian "Roaster", but then ask them to add salami and ask them to leave it in for another 2 minutes--best pizza in town. (NOTE: the 5-star rating I give is RELATIVE to Corvallis only, not the world or even Oregon.) *Overall, the quality pizza options in Corvallis are relatively slim. I only say this because the options while we lived there were: 1. American Dream (see below) 2. Woodstocks Pizza (see below) 3. Cirellos Pizza 4. chain pizza joints While the two American Dream pizza-joints are essential to the local Corvallis food scene, and are cool places to hang out with friends and family, I would give the pizza itself about a B. I know, thats sacrilegious to Corvallians, but thats just our experienced opinion, mainly because the pizza seems too doughy. The ingredients are quality, but the dough is really filling and there is allot of it. The bbq-chicken pizza is decent, though. As far as Woodstocks goes, its your typical American-style pizza, C for average. Typical dough, typical quality ingredients and sauce, and way too many toppings. To have an exceptional pizza, one should take a note from New York style, which focuses on the the quality of the dough, sauce, and cheese. In contrast, mainstream America relates good pizza (or any kind of food) with ALOT of it, which doesnt necessarily mean it tastes any better.

Ive been coming to Cirellos since I was a kid with my New York transplant parents who fell in love with their pizza upon the first visit. Now Im bringing my family here so they can experience great pizza! We live in Eugene and my folks in Salem, so fortunately, Cerillos pizza a nice spot to meet mid-way and enjoy a slice of heaven! Keep up the good work!!!

Had terrible customer service. They left the front door open (because they had burned something) even though it was freezing cold out. Our pizza was taking forever to cook, so I went up to ask about it. They had forgotten it was in the oven, and it was burned. There was no apology or offer of compensation. They werent busy, either.

Without a doubt, the most legitimate pizza in town. The crust is wonderful, toppings delicious, and its all put together well. In person or on the phone the staff is always friendly. For me its a pepperoni pizza, my wife likes the sausage, mushrooms, and black olives, but its all good.

Best pizza in Corvallis in my opinion. A rich full taste, great ingredients. The crust is soft and a bit thin, reminiscent of New York pizza. The sauce has a great flavor. A taste test of several local pizza places in Corvallis side by side solidified my opinion.

Incredibly slow, took an hour for two medium pizzas, that is just ridiculous of a wait time. Expensive and mediocre pizza. Wont visit again as I had the same experience last time I came. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Cirellos is some of the greatest pizza I have ever tasted. A must have for cheese lovers is the Megs Special, and make sure to get a tasty fountain drink that they have too. I really like cirellos just because of the great taste and price.

Better than the competition (American Dream), what more needs to be said? The crust is actually crust as opposed to a giant dough ball like at the Dream, and the sauce is very good.

Best pizza in town. Great Italian sausage. Not sure of the atmosphere since I usually get it to go. Used to have lots of cheesy 70s/80s rock music coming from the loud speakers.

Good old-fashioned pizza. Not the most exotic but my personal favorite over American Dream & Woodstocks. Pasta dishes are tasty but not memorable. Average salad bar. Delivery.
