Im a former employee of this store. And let me tell you, you are taking your life in your own hands eating there. Employees do not wash there hands as much as they should, if at all. The make line where the pizzas are made has never been cold enough. Food often expires but is not thrown out. But the kicker? Dishes are washed using water only. And this review might as well be for every little Cs in town, except for the lancaster and stayton rd store. That one operates like it should. But thats because it is the only one not owned by STEVE VICTOR. The most horrible human being Ive ever had the displeasure of working for.

Little Caesars serves a purpose. If it was a beer, Id compare it to a Miller High Life. Its cheap, its readily available, and for $5 you have a large pizza in your hands instantly. We picked up a $5 pepperoni from the South Commercial Little Caesars because we were a little under the weather and didnt feel like heating up the kitchen and cooking. During our 2 minutes of interaction, the staff was pleasant enough; the location looked clean. Anyway, as pizza goes, its not high on our list, but its not terrible either. Set it next to a bowl of ranch dressing to dip the crust in, and youre all set.

I purchased an order of Italian Cheese Bread from the Salem, Oregon Little Caesars (Store #9) @ 5757 Commercial St. The bread sticks were DRUGGED!! My CHILDREN and I spent the night hallucinating. I called the store manager directly and have talked to corporate offices multiple times and every time they tell me they wont even look into it!! They wont question employees working that day, no drug tests, THEY WONT EVEN APOLOGIZE!! I guess LITTLE CAESARS doesnt care about the health and safety of their customers, no matter what age!!

Its a shame this is the only location on this side of town. Ive held back from writing this location a bad review, I gave them so many chances. The pizza is under cooked every time, which is fine throw it in the oven at 450 degrees, nice crunchy crusty. Tonight, I went in and they did not have any hot and readys ready. The girl at the counter seemed to be putting in a lot of effort. When she told me they didnt have any made, it almost seemed like she wanted me to leave angry. So thats what I did. I went with dominos instead.

I would give this Little Ceasars location ZERO Stars if I could! The quality of the food is fine but its only 6 pm on a Tuesday, and they were already out of everything except their 5 basic pizzas. No Wings, No Crazy Bread, No Promotional Pizza (currently the Bacon Briskit BBQ), Not even the Square Deep Dish Pepperoni! If this was the first time this happened, I wouldve let it slide. But this is the 4th or 5th time. I have worked in the Restaurant Business for over 35 years and this is just poor management at its worse.

This location charged my card twice, so I called just to let them know. The manager Chris promised to call me back the next day, and 4 days later called and said he cant do anything and to dispute it with my bank? What a worthless manager? I decided to be patient because things happen, but he was awful to deal with, argumentative, and very unpleasant. I am going to get a hold of the owner or his boss and hopefully they arent as dismissing as Chris.

Ordered a "pepperoni pizza".. it only had 8 pieces of pepperoni.. most of them were on the crust. I was better of ordering a cheese pizza at that point. Also ordered bread sticks my best guess was they were from the previous day they were cold and hard (When you come home with this food and you pregnant wife sees it there is nothing more disappointing)

The service was horrible. They refused to sell me four pizzas at a time but proceeded to sell one or two at a time to other customers behind me until they were gone. Then, after waiting 20 minutes for them to make more she told me they hadnt been ordered. All I wanted was four hot and ready. I will never go to this store again

Every time wet go there we have time wait twice as long as the employees estimate. The food is basically soggy cardboard with expired ingredients on top. "Its only $5", you say? It isnt even worth it. Id rather go pay good money for good food. This place is a joke.

I dont know where else you could go to get a large pepperoni pizza freshly made in less time then you could go through a burger drive-thru and for $5... And its great pizza.. a clean store and the staff has always been friendly to me

Had a budget, got a large deep dish pizza, breadsticks, and a 2-liter for $13. They estimated 10 minutes, took exactly that. Very fast service, very friendly. Those breadsticks are heavenly!!
