American Dream in Corvallis is the Best Ever pizza place, including all those big city offerings. The crust is awesome with its cornmeal dusting and chewyness. Not too thick, but not thin-crust by any means. This is the crust that gets my friend to beg his girlfriend for the last bites remaining on her plate. The specials really shine, especially the Edward Abbey. Weird: somebody had flagged this review as inappropriate. Is it off-topic? It was my own person experience that I have seen people begging crusts of crust from others plates while at this establishment. Certainly crust-begging is not illegal activity, or profane! I am not a paid representative of this business.

This restaurant would more be more aptly named "American Nightmare Pizza". The pizza was foul and cardboard probably would have tasted better. The waitress was inattentive and didnt bother bringing all the things ordered which was most likely a blessing. The IPA ordered tasted like the dish soap that no one bothered washing out of the dirty glass it was served in. I did however notice people around me getting better service, clean dishes, etc or service of any kind. Perhaps there should be a sign on the door turning away customers of a certain social class. Despite all of the neglect, bad food, and snobbery they were extremely amiable to taking my cash.

Met up with a friend here who said it was really good pizza. I will definitely say it was pretty good, but definitely not the best Ive had. Everyone apparently raves about the crust here, and maybe its just not my taste, but it seemed a bit crunchy and flour-y for my taste. Thats not to say there was anything wrong with the pizza, it just wasnt my favorite. If you like slightly crunchier crusts, then this would be a fantastic place. We had their large pineapple pizza and it was good. The place right across from OSU was super busy, but if you head to the other one across town, its very slow, and much easier to order at.

Mediocre at best. Tasteless sauce applied in niggling amounts. Brittle cardboard crust under the toppings and wide, thick, undercooked and inedible at the edges. Sparse barely warm toppings of questionable quality. This ersatz pizza fits the town of Corvallis perfectly, soulless, artless, self-absorbed and bland. Obviously no one giving this pizza ( in name only) a rave review has never had a real gooey greasy drippy slap in the face flavor filled hunk of culinary history. Cutting a round pie into squares is a violation of basic mathematics. idiots

The topping selections are unique and perfectly Blended on top of crust that I can only describe as one of the most addictive Foods ever created. The staff is extremely helpful, and patient and very willing to accommodate. The price range is in the middle of the upper end and worth every penny. If you love pizza, you owe it to yourself to at least try this place three or four times. There is so much great stuff to choose from that you cant just do it once. My first was the Eclipse. Highly recommended.

One of the best pizzas Ive ever eaten. Havent tried one I dont like. They offer whole pies or by the slice which is nice when youre walking by and feel like a slice. I recommend the Marys peak, best pizza there is. The Margarita pizza is really good too. This location is just as good as the one up on campus, and it doesnt get as crammed on busy nights. Plus if you eat here you can meander next door to Francescos and deliver the knock-out punch to your arteries with a nice cup of gelato.

This review section is abysmal. Its excellent pizza, by the slice or the whole pie. Great beer selection. Fun staff, easy going atmosphere. Its reasonably priced and the staff wont judge you if you are keen on drinking in the wee hours of the afternoon. An excellent place to sit, have a pizza and a drink, and enjoy the warm atmosphere. Some people also play board games towards the evening, which is entertaining and speaks the to atmosphere and inclusiveness of this business.

American Dream is a must visit if you want to try local Corvallis eateries. They are a bit expensive, but you get your moneys worth. They have a long list of great toppings and cheeses, as well as a good variety of beers on tap. Ive heard complaints about the thick crust, but Ive always liked it. They have an awesome bar, called "The Crowbar" attached to the building, and they have a great lunch special with a salad and big slice of pizza.

I love this place. In my opinion they have some of the best pizza I have ever had. Seriously, once you eat here, you will have a hard time stomaching pizza from the national chains. I also love the people and atmosphere. The service is great! If you have to wait a few minutes for your slice, it is because they toast them in the oven just before serving. Im a frequent flyer here and would definitely recommend this place.

Some of the best pizza in Corvallis. The crust is thick and crunchy. The toppings are delicious. One of my litmus test of a pizza joint is the quality of the ranch dip, and ADP is some of the best I have ever had. Great pizza if you like thicker crust. P.S. they have a decent beer selection and great bar tenders

What a great place to have pizza in Corvallis! We went there on a Saturday and found a table on the rooftop with no wait. There was even a guy playing music up there. Pizza was on point, and they also have really good craft beers on tap. One if my favorite places to go when Im in Corvallis.

I always come here to eat pizza and drink beer when Im in corvallis. Their beer selection is awesome, at least 8 craft beers on tap at all times. The pizza is amazing. The toppings are fresh and the crust in crunchy. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because theres always a line.

Delicious pizza, rooftop is great, and Obama went there. What more do you need? The lunch combo ($6.50 for a big one topping slice and a one topping salad) is a great deal. If you like meat, getting bacon in the salad is good. I really like getting fresh mozzarella cheese in mine.

Pretty slow system they have for getting people helped out. They brush on this butter to the crust but instead of being delicious, its just oily and the crust tastes VERY yeasty... Ive gone three times to three different locations and I regret it every time :/

Very authentic place. Fantastic pizza, by the slice or pie. Even at lunch time on weekdays, they have some quality reheating for the pizza by the slice that they offer then. I have tried pizza around the globe and this is among the two best places I know!

The pizza was really good. The crust was very enjoyable as well. Was loud and crowded, as many pizza parlors are, had a downtown theme which looked nice. The service was okay. They brought your pizza to you, but that was it. Im sure Ill be here again.

This place was the first to introduce a new standard of pizza. It has been around for decades. This location is amazing during the spring and summertime. They have an open rooftop and a connected bar called the Crowbar.
