This is the first time I write a review for this place. You will ask why didnt I write it before its because every time I have been there I make up an excuse for not complaining. On many different occasion my fries and wings were not freshly cooked and delivered to my (reheated), again this happened more than once, when I precisely ask for fresh fries and wings. Whats even worse is that when I ask them if my food is fresh they lie to my face saying they just cooked the food!!!!!! I usually cook my own food I know really well the difference between freshly cooked food from reheated food. I dont know if they try to play smart or what! Today I went there at 10 pm. 30 mints before they close, I ordered a basket of fries and snack size boneless Parmesan garlic and traditional all flat medium (10 piece). What I got was reheated fries AGAIN and when I asked her if it was fresh the waitress said YES it was freshly cooked!!! But when I confronted her again, she said that she will ask the kitchen and get me a new basket of fries. They messed up my medium and got me two orders of Parmesan garlic!!!! By the time they fixed my order at 10:47 she was like would you like to put you order in to go boxes, like they were trying To kick me out of the restaurant. As a costumer I believe I deserve a better food quality and a better service in return to the money in paying for the food. "Pictures AND Vedioes of the food Were taken".

I went in after the lunch rush around 1:30pm and it was still crowded. They were placing larger groups outside in the patio area. I was with a party of 3 so we were seated near the bathrooms between two tables with children under 12. Drinks came quickly with the appetizer of onion rings. The sauce they brought with them was different than expected but very pleasant, and the onion rings were good even without sauce. I ordered the Bayou Po-Boy mostly because Ive eaten them in New Orleans and wanted to see how it compared. It was a soggy, falling apart mess. The bun was filled with cole slaw and two large chicken pieces were placed on top with sauce poured over it. Lifting it out of the tray impossible without two hands, not because of the size, but because of how sloppy it was, and my hands were both coated with the juice from cole slaw. The chicken fell off because you couldnt close the sandwich around them. So I just ate a cole slaw sandwich, washed my hands. Then come back and ate the chicken with a knife and fork. The fries were something you could get at McDonalds. Nothing special. I gave 3 stars only because the other food that came was less of a mess than what I was served.

I put an online order in for 2 hours in advance. Got there at the time requested my food to be ready. After being asked my name at least 4 different times my food was ready 20 mins late. The managers excuse was its a Tuesday? When I asked why it wasnt ready when I had given them 2 hours notice he said "well we dont just start making it right away" obviously but you would think you would have the competence enough to start it in time. Ive worked in the service intuited before. Usually when someone orders food for a specific time in the future they have a reason. Nice work mr. manager your excuses were pathetic and I will never patronize this establishment again. Congrats!

My family and I came to this Corvallis location because it was closer to our home in Eugene after normally being a regular at the downtown Portland location. We drive outbofbour way due to lack of family restaurants that have sound available for sports games. We were sitting here for 31 minutes between being seated and observed for the first time. The waitress has been nice and apologetic since, but it does make it difficult to spend an extra half hour with a 2 and almost 4 year old boys. The manager has now come out and was super apologetic and has offered us our meal and our next meal.

Good wings but not worth the hassle anymore. Parking is a nightmare. Seating is nearly as bad. The online ordering is a joke. Ordering food to go is the worst! Dont bother calling ahead because our experience is that are so busy that we got a busy signal over and over. By the time we got through, we were already there. The staff (not including the cocky management team) are friendly but, after 3 years, we are done. Its pointless to express yourself in a survey because they dont contact you even if you ask them to. We made our own at home and they were amazing.

First I want to start with the fact that I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings... just not here. Unfortunately the service and quality of the food here has been very inconsistent. I have tried them out about a dozen times in the year and a half that I have been here. Three to four times my order was messed up and three times I got sick due to under cooked chicken. If this BWW were to make sure that their staff could consistently take an order over the phone accurately and be sure that the food is cooked properly then I would eat here again.

Pretty poor food for how much it costs. I cant speak for their wings, but the 11 dollar hamburger was below average in quality. I just cant justify spending so much money on a lackluster burger when I could get a much better burger from elsewhere for cheaper. We sat in the patio area and it was a pretty disappointing experience. The tables were grimy with something and the shades clanged against the metal railing constantly. The one highlight of our experience was our waitress who was kind, attentive, and talkative.

I dropped by to watch the NCAA Final Four with my family and really enjoyed the food and service I received once I was seated. However, I arrived roughly an hour before the rest of the party arrived and was not actually seated by the staff, but got tired of waiting and sat myself. I will come back again surely, as I suspect the wait staff got distracted with other tasks as to why I wasnt officially sat in the dining area.

A great place to hang out with standard BBW fare and a beer. Food is what Id expect for a sports bar chain. It can get crowded at times - usually easier to find a table in the bar area (if everyone is 21) than waiting for a table on the other side. The lunch menu is a decent deal and it comes out super fast. Now that they added calorie counts to the menu it turned me off of a lot of the food.

REALLY only if I can give 0 star on this! They make me wait for ONE HOUR just for freakin 10 BONELESS WINGS for TO GO . And the worst part was, Its not because of the kitchen, but it was because of the server DIDNT CARE THE FACT THAT THE FOOD WAS ALREADY THERE ON THE TABLE BEHIND HER. SERIOUSLY 10 BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS FOR 1 HOUR? Totally worth :)

Be careful. I visit this restaurant for take out orders a dozen times or more a year, and at about a 50%rate, they forget something, mess up the order or otherwise inconvenience you with an extreme lack of attention. So, while the food is good, please make sure you double check your orders BEFORE leaving the restaurant. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER.
