We had the worse experience ever at this restaurant! Im a vegan and I dared to ask if they had any vegan options in their menu. The first employee that took my husband order was rude and lacked knowledge of what customer service should be. She told my husband that I should eat grass! Who says that? I didnt give up and after using the ladies room I approached her again to try to see if they had any vegan options. I asked for the popsicle , she rolled her eyes and slammed the popsicle box in the counter for me to read! At that point couple employees came to my rescue and helped me find a good vegan option. I ended up getting a strawberry banana smoothie thanks to the two younger employees. The older woman was rude the whole time. I told her that next time someone asks for a vegan choice, she would know what to recommend. She didnt even acknowledge me or the comment I made so I know she will treat other vegan costumers like crap. I really hope the owners read and do something about this. During these hard economic times, we are way more selective on where we spend our money. Going to a place that treats you poorly and makes you feel bad for being vegan is not a good thing.

Ive eaten here for a number of years Im talking 5+, and honestly, I think today was the last day. I had ordered the 1/2lb grill burger, add bacon, no tomato, large sized. And a mini Reeses blizzard. $12 and change. Pretty simple right? Especially considering the POS(point of sale) systems I KNOW are used at this and any other location. Well, I didnt have time to double check my order while I was there. In fact they had asked me to pull up so they could walk the order out to me. Once I get back to my office I find that I was over charged about $4 for a 1/4lb bacon cheeseburger AND IT STILL HAS TOMATO! I honestly cant count the times this has happened. I dont have the required fingers and toes. I used to crop it up to busy days or something. But not any more. The only fast food place Ive eaten that had as many order screw ups is the McDonalds in Wilsonville.

I had my 2 children, my 7 month old baby and my husband sitting at a table while my brother in law and I went up to order food on our way to the beach. the lady that took my order was nice and patient to a degree. Now when you have been driving hungry for almost 2 hours with loud kids and that many people on the hottest day of the year you get frustrated and a bit discombobulated. So I didnt know what they wanted so i ordered for my kids and me and my brother asked for a brownie by the time we got to the end of the order he changed his mind and got a burger instead. I also changed my order because of what he ordered. So this a skinny older hard knocks white lady working there that had a super bad attitude said loudly, "dont let them order anything until they know exactly what they want because we are wasting too much food back here for them". they treat their employees like garbage, i found a maggot on a table once and another on the counter where they take your order, the management acts like high schoolers (even the old man that owns it). i heard an employee say they dropped a hamburger patty on the ground and still used it. they never wash their blizzard mixing machines between uses and they only rinse the blenders with tap water between uses. most of the employees dont wash their hands after cleaning something or handling money, they just go straight into making food. the whole place is just gross.

Jeesh, whats everyone moaning about? In abt one hundred orders over the last 3 years, theres been one mistake. And if they act like "high schoolers" at least theyre cheery & fun! Theyll take time to answer questions & even joke around so that ya leave in a better mood than when arriving-- sorta like Dutch Bros style-- but all this while handling all the to & fro traffic on 26. Bravo!

Manager was proactive in ensuring that the dipped cone was to Dairy Queen standards. I didnt have to say anything, and she gently took the "new" employee aside and held a quick training moment. As my wife worked at a Dairy Queen many many years ago, and told me about some of the quality concerns, this pleased me to see them still being enforced by people who care for quality.

They need to be more consistent on making the blizzards! Sometimes they are good and alot of times they arent! Many times they arent mixed well...tonight mine was WAY over chocolaty!! I couldnt even finish half of it..overall its okay.

Grabbed a Quick Flame Thrower burger and a Dilly bar on the way to Seaside! Service through the drive-thru was quick..... my old lady went in to use the restroom she said it was pretty clean! No issues from us 5 stars!

The area where you order is very small as well as where the bathrooms are, so when its busy there is not a lot of room to move from one place to another.
