This place has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Tonight, I asked them, as Ive done before, to substitute rice and beans for the pico de gallo and lettuce. (I know, *gasp*) This hasnt been an issue before. When I got up to the window, the gal told me that they "dont do substitutions anymore," so I offered to pay extra for the rice and beans, and she agreed. Well, the total dick of a cook was apparently put off by the heinous amount of extra work it took to dish out a side of rice and beans, and decided that the only thing going in my clearly-stated and confirmed (more than once) "no meat, vegetarian" dish was shredded chicken. I am not kidding. There were no beans, there was no cheese, no sauce, no toppings, it was just a shell with shredded chicken in it. I live too far out to feasibly go back to correct the issue, Id just happened to be passing by and was in the mood. I mean, if it offends you so much that someone would prefer one thing to another and even offers to pay for it, maybe you shouldnt be making food for people.

The Muchas Gracias in Monmouth had both good points and some not so good points. Positive: Employees friendly, the restaurant is very clean and the prices are reasonable. Negative: Carne Asada Fries were skimpy on the sour cream and guacamole which made it dry. The meat was not marinated that well. Though we appreciated the free carrots and jalapenos, these were in skimpy amounts too. The beef taco meat was over cooked and did not have that great of a flavor. Conclusion: We really wanted this place to work out, but I have been eating Mexican food for over 40 years and I would give this place a C- on the food. Sad

Paid $17 for so-called "fresh" Mexican food, gave it back after a few bites and demanded a refund, manager was conveniently not available so the employees couldnt do anything. The person taking the order couldnt even recommend anything, or answer any questions regarding the food, so its obvious they dont eat their own food. Rice was lukewarm. Beans were straight out of a can with no seasoning. Burrito had what looked like chopped fries, and meat was dull. Never again!

Ive been going here for awhile now and the customer service is diminished to a irritating frustration. Every time I pull into the drive thru no one ever greats you and theres no sign to say the speaker is out of service and to pull up. Customer service is terrible. So much wrong with the service Im beyond tired of it. Seriously get your Acts together.

The food is decent, the workers are very rude, and the service is extremely slow. Often they close the doors at least an hour before their listed closing time. They ignored me while I sat in the drive though for over 10 minutes and nobody came to the window to even tell me they were closed. I strongly recommend Koyotes from now on.

Ive periodically went here for a year or so. However, more often than not my order is incorrect or I dont receive items I paid for like flan or churros. Its common enough that I pull in front of the restaurant after getting my food to take a bite of it to make sure its correct, and to ensure I got everything I ordered.

Theyve messed my orders up one too many times. There was always an item missing. Food is decent enough in a pinch since not many other places are open late and the daily specials are a good deal. Otherwise not really worth it if other tastier options are still open.

Got a nice filling meal for two for only $10. Best deal in the Salem surrounding area on this type of fast causal authentic Mexican food. Theres a big and clean dining area too! I will be coming here instead of Coyote Taco from now on!

Muchas NO gracias! Horrible food, horrible service and rude employees. Not to mention hours later I was horribly sick. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I think its time for the business bureau to get involved.

Not as good as the Muchas in Salem but still good. They probably just dont move as much food as the Salem locations so, while it still tastes good, doesnt always taste as fresh.
