Just to avoid confusion, the picture shows this as a Hooters, apparently the hooters closed down and was converted into the Buffalo Wild Wings. I originally attended the other Portland area chicken restaurant, Fire on the Mountain, but despite what the reviews say (best chicken ever), I didnt like the concept. Their chicken was soggy and the sauce wasnt added before it was cooked. The chicken skin was even slimy. The sauce was also just too hot for me so I figured there must be an alternative place. I ended up finding BuffaloWW, and I was much more pleased. I am not really into sports bars as I really dont care to watch, but I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. I couldnt count all the different TVs. I reached 60, and had to stop. There were even tvs over the mens bathroom stalls. Apparently, you can use the tvs to play trivia games with friends as well, though I have yet to try. They had twice as many sauce options as Fire on the Mountain did, and I have to be honest- they were not as hot, but I preferred the taste over the scalding pain. All the chicken is crispy too. Ive been there about 5 times now and I always end up getting the same awesome waiter- Zane (you rock man). They recognized me even after just two visits. I actually look forward to going back to this place about once every 2 weeks as a regular visit. They have a very nice selection of beer on tap, and the tall boys go for cheap at happy hour. I will say that I didnt prefer the boneless wings as much as the original kind, but the sauce completely makes up for it. I am not claiming that they have the "best chicken of all time" or anything like that, but just take my word for it and go there ONCE, as you are going to end up having an awesome time.

Im a big fan of BWW. I love the wings, love the environment, and the management has been very helpful to us. The only downside is that the other clientele here can sometimes be obnoxious and unruly. We, unfortunately, decided to try coming here for Super Bowl 2011. We had to pay a cover but were looking forward to a fun time. A particularly unruly customer kept setting helium balloons on fire every time Green Bay scored a touchdown. The balloons happened to be right above my wifes head, so we were obviously displeased. After the second touchdown/balloon lighting, we asked our server if they could say something to the customer. The inebriated customer unfortunately overheard us and came over to "explain" himself, which consisted of accusing us of being too sensitive and that he was just having a good time. The management finally came over to calm him down and ultimately asked him to leave. They gave us some free t-shirts and a folding chair to make up for things, which was nice. Although we did hear that this customer was a regular at the location, which makes us uneasy to return more often.

The server was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The food as well was wonderful, that is the only reason Im giving 2 stars. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the cocky management. A newer employee asked when he should be taking his break since his shift was almost over. Both managers jumped in to answer him even though he approached only one. He was told to take a break, if he needs to. As soon as the employee turned to walk away to take well deserved break, the skinny manager with the shaved head cocks his head sideways, sticks his tongue out & repeated the emoyees question to the heavier manager. He was mimicking and making fun of the employee as if he were handicap. They both made fun of the employee for several minutes, entertaining them selves on a slow night. It took everything in my power to keep my mouth shut but, I have Google & Yelp to share my experience with, jerks!

Just came home from the worst dining experience of my life at a local Buffalo Wild Wings. This is coming from someone who goes out to eat frequently/loves Buffalo Wild Wings. The only part that my friends and I enjoyed was the wonderfully nice hostess who sat us. Everything went downhill after that. It took 3 reminders to our server (and an hour and a half) to get waters. Didnt receive any veggies/sauces for my wings nor any silverware/napkins. It took about an hour for our entrees to arrive, everything was cold, and my friends entree was completely incorrect. No apology or check in from the manager or server, in fact, we had to go up front to pay because nobody came back to check on our table. This experience was infuriating/disappointing as my friends and I know that Buffalo Wild Wings can do better than the awful service and food we received tonight.

The worst possible service here. We had a very simple order for two adults and two kids. We had to wait for our drinks, never received refills. Ask for tablets for the kids to play, they never brought them. Ordered 3 food items, an order of wings and 2 items off the kid menu, after a 40 minute wait my husband took the kids to the car while I had to walk around to track down a manager. When I complained she tried to then give us our food and I said no, my family was already in the car. She then offered a $5 voucher to make up for the inconvenience. Absolutely ridiculous! We had been here about 8 years ago and had lousy food and service then, but thought it would be better this time. It was not. We will never go back to this location.

I have been here twice now. The first time, I was very impressed with the service and how great the wings tasted. My only complaint was that I ordered two twisted margaritas, one during and one after happy hour. Our waiter didnt inform me until after we received the bill that the twisted margarita is not included on happy hour (despite the fact that margaritas are listed under happy hour). Okay, well, thats fine... But since we were seated during happy hour and I ordered a margarita, wouldnt it be ethical to inform me that this particular margarita was not included? Anyway... Aside from that, this place has great wings and great service. Its definitely worth going on 55-cent wing Tuesdays!

Crappy experience...ive been to a handful of bdubs and love the food and service is normally good. Not here! We waited 15 minutes to be seated just to see plenty of empty tables and booths which all were filled within 10 minutes of us being sat. Plus the hostess didnt offer us a booth, he just sat us at a table. When we got our food our order was wrong and were told it would be just a few minutes for them to fix it...no it took 15 minutes or more. This is one bdubs i am not going back to and am letting everyone know not to go to this bdubs!

Went during my lunch break. Between driving to and from the office, I dont have the luxury of waiting a long time for service. We were prompt to receive our beverages, but after 15 minutes had gone by and no one had come back to take our order, we got up and left. Who has time for that kind of slow service?? The place was maybe 1/3 full at most. Servers standing around, bar staff quarreling. The only acknowledgment outside of getting a water and lemonade was the hostess thanking us for coming in as we left hungry.
