Was once a favorite eatery/bar in my neighborhood. Invited a group tonite to dinner and could not believe how disappointing in every way. The lady that took our order was surly and kind of "put out" with taking an order for seven of us. We felt neglected from that point on. The service was terrible and that was bad enough. The food. what the hell? Who in Oklahoma serves instant mashed potatoes with chicken fried steak? They pride themselves on their chicken fried steak but that was then and this was now. If you like a long strip of wafer thin meat Brothers Houligan is the place for you. I would not take my worst enemy to this joint. Brother Houligan was such a great place but sucks out loud now. Pitiful place today. Will no longer be a patron of theirs. Too many great places in Tulsa to spend my dining out money .

Menu selections are good old down home stick to your ribs hearty lunch and dinner fare hamburgers, sandwiches, chicken fried steak, fried shrimp, fried and mashed potatoes with gravy, and a lot more. A bottomless bowl of the best green beans around comes complimentary with no extra charge. Each time we stop in It is hard for us to choose as everything on the menu is a good choice and at very reasonable prices. Their marinated grilled chicken taken as a sandwich or dinner plate, is simply the absolute best Ive ever had. Amongst the sides are my favorites the chunky applesauce and cottage cheese. In addition, the waitstaff are super personable and all work together where we are always well attended by three or more during the course of our dining without feeling hovered over.

This place has the best service of any restaurant I have ever been to, seriously. It turned into a game to see how long it would take to refill something or remove a dirty dish from the table, I chugged my lemonade after I said 20 seconds and my wife said ten. My glass literally only touched the table for 3 seconds before the waiter almost jogged to grab it and had it back refilled in under 45 seconds. We tried it later with our plates, I started to slide my plate to the end of the table after I was finished and another server had grabbed it before I even had my hand off of it. We went on the last Saturday of March 2016 around 9pm.

First time at this bros houligan location. Service was horrible! You dont have a waiter assigned to you, all of the staff waits on everyone, which is a crappy system. We were neglected most of the time. Drinks sat empty, ranch dressing tasted like sour cream, they ask if you want tomatoes and cheese on your salad and then charge you .60 for it without telling you its extra. Food took a ridiculously long time to come. Overall, possibly the worst experience Ive had at a restaurant. The table next to us complained to mgmt about the bad service. Two stars because the gravy is good. We wont be back.

We were really looking forward to this place since chicken fried steak is my husbands favorite! The food was ok but the service was awkward. My husband said it felt like we were in a fish tank and the waiters were sharks swimming around. It was hard to relax and enjoy our conversation bc someone was always walking past. To me it was like they were on a conveyor system that kept rotating. It would have been a much better experience if they would stay in 1 place and check on you every 5 minutes or so...

If you want a simple menu of traditional home cooked favorites this is the place to go! My family loves this place, weve gone twice a week sometimes! Best chicken fried steak, chicken strips, gravy, waffle fries! They bring complimentary green beans to your table! Kids get a free plate with green beans, apple sauce, cottage cheese, crayons and coloring sheets! The wait staff are young but the absolute best customer service, they all work as a team so its a pretty laid back awesome environment.

Went for my birthday today. It was okay. Id heard a lot of good things on about it it. The kids enjoyed the burgers, menu prices are good. I tried to tell my waiter that the chopped steak I order was blackened on the bottom, I ordered it well done, not blackened, there is a difference. Mine just tasted burnt, I told a couple of the servers and kept getting a "oh okay", from them. Everything else good, if I go back I will try something else for sure.

Just absolutely delicious food. Everything I have ever had here has been good. They serve the best green beans I have ever had and anything with the gravy is going to be great. The only thing I was disappointed in here is the portions for the kids shrimp. My daughter was served only two shrimp for her dinner. Fortunately the adult portions are so huge, she didnt go hungry. I am pretty sure no one person can eat the entire catfish dinner lol.

I have ate here a little over 10 times now, and going again tonight. Every time I go, I order the dinner chicken fried steak crispy, with a side of green beans, mash tatos and french fries. My glass never seems to stay empty and you will get asked if youre doing ok quite frequently. Ive had no issues with tipping but I also pay with cash when I go. All in all if you love chicken fried steak, ordering it crispy is worth the effort.

I definitely wont be going back to this place again but wait that wasnt too bad but the food was just so awful and expensive. We both had burgers and they were just blade and tasteless. The mozzarella sticks were okay I guess but Ive had better. Maybe we just went there on an off day and thats why it was so awful but it wasnt busy at all so I dont know why it was so bad. It was around 4 or 5 so its not like they were closing.

Third time visiting, and they have a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere with good service and seating options. The food is absolutely delicious, especially their marinated grilled chicken, green beans, and chicken fried steak. Their drink selection is also great, from local beers to mixed drinks and everything in between. Highly recommend this for a date, hanging out with friends, or a fun family meal.

Staff was friendly but I was so upset with the wait me and my friend were there on lunch break and was waiting almost a hour before we got our food and then they brought us some green beans to share like we were in kindergarten we were waiting so long the waiter came by and asked us was we ready for the check and we havent even gotten our food I wish I could take my one star back

Saturday evening meal with friends/business associates. Food was hot and tasted really good. The service is unusual, almost over done. So many servers ask repeatedly that it takes away from conversation. Tables dont get assigned specifically so servers just ask, and ask, and keep on asking. Different is ok. However, there might be a way to improve this concept.
