Ive ordered take out from this place prior to this attempt at dining in their restaurant and the food was fair. I thought I would give it a try with my husband and daughter to see how things would be since it seemed busy = food must be fresh & good. We arrived at 620pm and were provided the early bird menu in addition to the regular menu. We ordered sushi rolls off the early bird menu (buy one get 2nd 50% off), fried tofu, chicken katsu and thai ice tea. The wait for seating wasnt bad and we let 2 waitresses know that we needed a high chair when we checked in. A few minutes later we got a booth which was wet (table and seats from a rapid wipe down they did). We asked to have it dried which wasnt a big issue but it seemed like everything went downhill from there. We sat down and had no menus while other people after us were getting seated with menus and orders being taken. I had to wave a server over and ask for menus. Finally our order was taken and when we received our main dish of chicken katsu after eating our tofu appetizer, we still had not received our sushi. Not to mention we had to ask for everything for our daughter (cutlery, plate, etc.). It felt like they didnt even acknowledge her. Big turn off. Waitress came by clueless and asked if everything was alright when all our plates from the chicken katsu were empty and sitting there (server did not pick up any of our empty plates with all the times she walked by our table). I told them my husband was still waiting for his sushi. No apology or anything, she scurries off then comes back and says its coming. This is 45 minutes after we made the order. Again all other tables around us who came in after us have had their sushi and are pretty much finished. We werent compensated for anything and felt that we should have received some kind of apology or at least our beverage comped. Now about the food: Chicken katsu - small bowl of rice (which is the cheapest ingredient) and 3 mini florets of broccoli. Sauce provided wasnt even the katsu sauce. It was plum sauce. Chicken katsu was thickly covered in dough and small traces of the panko crumbs used could be seen. Edible but just below fair. They placed the chicken on a paper doily on the plate so all the oil saturated the paper and when you cut the chicken it would get cut up and stick to the pieces when you ate them. Spicy Tuna and Caterpillar roll - just ok. Meh. Fried tofu appetizer - meh. Thin triangular shaped tofu deep fried in a batter with a plum-like sauce. Thai ice tea - not bad. This probably would be the only thing Id order again. Total came out to $38 plus tips. Will we be coming back? No siree. Its really gone down hill. To be honest, Id rather pay more for better service and food else where. Oh and the booth behind us could be heard complaining as well.

Easily one of our favorite restaurants in the area, and hands down the go-to for sushi. The sushi is always fantastic (sea of love roll *for life*) with fresh, high quality fish, and well prepared. The only thing better at Thai Hana is their wait staff. Consistently (over the past couple years+) prompt, friendly, and attentive. Example - Today was my first visit here after going gluten free and our server was knowledgeable about the menu options, brought gluten free soy sauce, and informed me how dishes could be modified as needed. She took the time to make sure we were happy, and was pleasant the whole time. Genuinely better than most fine dining-type restaurants in the area. Conclusion - we love this place and visit as often as possible.

Been several times. The first time I left my tip in the sushi chef jar. That didnt stop the waitress from deciding to add on a tip for herself anyway. Happened again the next time I went. Had to contest both charges. From then on, I only paid by cash. I stopped tipping altogether. Good thing too, as I then began to get diahrrea the next two times as their fish is either kept out too long, too warm, or is all around too old. Been there four times. Threw in the towel at that point. I can only give them so many chances. Management and food are both lousy. Pick another sushi joint.

Excellent food, my favourite sushi, from the 3 continents Ive eaten from. I have read some of the bad reviews and cant believe them, I have been eating here with my wife for over 4 years now. Neither of us have ever been sick, we have tried other sushi in brevard county and orlando, yet to find anything better. Don tudst the bad reviews, service and food are second to none. They do get busy so remember if its busy when you go in there are onky 2 sushi chefs making all the sushi.

This is the first time weve been here. I got the early bird combo (must order before 630pm). I got plum wine (amazing!), the best egg rolls I have ever had (handrolled) , ginger salad (you can tell it is made fresh!), and the chicken pad Thai (by far the most delicious pad Thai I have had in a long time). The quality of sushi was fantastic, as was the speed of service. Get there early, as we nabbed the last table at 520pm on a Thursday.

Thai Hana has the best sushi around. If youve never had sushi, you will not regret trying their Super Volcano Roll, it has changed my life with its deliciously fresh flavor. Seriously, Ive tried to find the same roll elsewhere and the Thai Hana quality is unmatched. Also, the staff is very friendly and prompt on water refills.

I tried the unagi and teriyaki chicken sushi. I wasnt impressed with either. The rice was dry, almost crunchy, and both of them were covered with a sauce that isnt the normal eel sauce. Service was very good, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was nice. If they improve the sushi, this wouldnt be a bad place to eat.

Ive only been here for lunch, but the food is always outstanding and the sushi serving sizes are amazing. I recommend the bento boxes or sushi/sashimi combos. Also, the tempura is fresh and delicious. One thing to be aware of is that they have limited seating so get there by 11:45am if you dont want to wait for a table.

Worst experience in a restaurant ever. The lady made us sit in a big table because she was too lazy to clean up other tables. When she realized that its dinner time, they were rushing us with our food. Constantly asking us if we need to go boxes and about our check. Who orders and eats food in less than 20 minutes?

This is the best Thai restaurant in Brevard County hands down. I love their Mango Chicken Curry dish. Their Sushi is so fresh and made while you wait. They have plenty of food and beverage choices as well. If you like Thai you owe it to yourself to go to this restaurant in Viera near Kohls department store.

Theres a reason there are 60+ reviews and a nearly 5 star rating: food is amazing, staff is the best - most helpful - friendly anywhere and prices are reasonable. Even if it costs a little more (not sure it does) spend it to have a great meal and great experience.
