A frappe is espresso with blended ice, not a watered down espresso drink and the smoothies are just as bad watered down with no flavor. Mcdonalds makes great frappes and smoothies maybe Java Bay need to get some pointers for Mcdonalds. Jave Bay should be put up for sell or just close thier doors for good.

A smallish coffee shop nestled in the elbow of a small strip shopping-and-services strip center, it offers a cozy, friendly alternative to chain coffee mills. A place where friends meet after a walk or workout. Family owned. Welcoming atmosphere. Good mocha.
