Too bad you cannot give them a zero. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a make your own bagel probably because I wanted certain things on it! Opened the package and did not get any of the toppings I ordered, nor did I get the bagel I ordered. That was bad enough, but when I called to alert them, it took the manager about 5 minutes to even get the words" Im sorry" out. No offer to refund me or provide another correctly done bagel. All she was concerned about was finding the work schedule she had thrown away so she knew who had worked that night.The customer doesnt care about her end.I pay money for something I expect to get. She could have made it right, but obviously did not care. Wont be back-SUBWAY is right next door!

Every Sandwich Ive ever received from them is burnt. They hire disheveled looking employees. Never seen a manager or owner on site. The food would be decent if it were prepared correctly. Unfortunately the low quality of employees ruins the experience every time. Wont be back

I would rate this lower but you cant. I saw them drop bagels on the floor pick them up, toss them back in the bin with the fresh ones and continue to serve them. The sad thing is Ive heard other people say theyve seen that happen too

I went for breakfast, its probably not the place to go if youre in a hurry. My breakfast sandwich was fantastic! Everything was made fresh and hot when it came out. Good experience overall. I will go back.

They were scheduled to close at 1pm on this particular day. My small group walked in about 12:50 and felt rushed and were forced to get the order as take out because they were closing in 10 minutes.

Tasted good, not great. Way too expensive. $8.35 for a bagel with some meat on it is not worth it. Edit: went back and got a different bagel flavor and tasted a lot better but still pricey!

The original location is awesome, but this west chester location isnt. The lady who works the morning shift is very unfriendly and rude. Wont be back to this location.
