I went the before 8:30pm to the deli toget a sub. They were extremly slow and after waiting about 10mins to get assistance they then said they have no bread left but whole wheat when the deli is still open for another hour and a 1/2 and is busy I cant belive they dont make more bread so I wnt to speak to customer service and she said I will tell the manager and walked away so then I asked to speak to the store manager and was told no store manager is working. In my opinion this store has horrible workers, customer service and apparently no management to be found I will be contacting the corporate office as well as the regional manager if there is one to find. After speaking with the regional manager he assured me it would be taken care of about a week ago I went to go in the store about 8 pm and the store was closed early and everyone was standing outsidecand not letting anyone no till they parked and got to the door. Then a few days ago I went to the store a little before 8pm and again the deli had no bread to make subs again customers walking away anf they are open for another 2 hours. They will never fix this problem so do not waste you time trying to go to this deli for sub after 7:30 pm even though they are open till 10pm.

The store is clean and the cashiers are friendly, but the rest of the staff dont even speak to you. I mean I always shop at Publix and every Publix I go into the staff make sure that if you need help they help you and they always speak to you, but this store no one speaks to you at all, its kind of weird. I ask myself sometimes when I got into this particular Publix, Im I still in Publix or Winn Dixie? Also the quality of the chicken in the frozen section has to missed dated. Because 3 separate times Ive bought chicken and once I thawed the chicken out it was already spoiled. This Publix needs to be just like all the other Publix I have been to great. Also Why do Publix in Georgia not have a scale that you can weigh yourself with, like the other Publixs around the globe?

I have shopped at this Publix since they opened. The people are wonderful there. They are always anxious to help whether its finding something in the store, asking about a product or helping you get your items to your car. Never had an issue with any of that. Their house brands are excellent. Their bakery, meat, produce and deli departments do a good job with providing quality items. The store is always very clean and customer friendly. The only thing where they could improve a bit is with answering the phone. The service desk personnel answer quickly but the various departments will keep you on hold for a long, long time. Its best just to speak with someone at the service desk if you need a quick answer.

After visiting my doctor, my prescriptions were sent to the Publix pharmacy by computer. The antibiotic prescribed was in direct conflict with my blood pressure medication. The assistant pharmacy manager Kimberly Toole immediately detected the problem and arranged with my doctor to change the antibiotic. I appreciate the dedication shown for customer protection against a possible adverse drug reaction. I have found the pharmacy staff at the Mableton Walk Publixs to be first rate.

The produce...not fresh like the one on veterans memorial ...bought kale and the lady had the nerve to tell me thats fresh just came in meanwhile is yellow and not crisp....uuumm...youre supposed to have the best...then i had 2 kids with me had to bag my own groceries and keep the kids calm and pish the groceries with not even an offer to help...really? What happened to its a pleasure shopping at publix...not....i guess its just this one....very disappointed

I called the Deli to check on order that I placed. I happen to call the wrong location. The associate on the phone was less then personable. I apologized and explained that I called the wrong location, she replied "I know you did" with in a belicose tone. This location needs to improve the training. I much prefer the Veterans Memorial Location. They go above and beyond with their service.

A 35 year customer found the store to be clean, has the usual items i buy and employees engaged in the job, helpful, friendly. What angers me is the way customers are manipulated to buy items they do not want. All of a sudden they simply quite carrying a popular item. Also, i will not shop at a store with trash in the parking lot. Thanks for asking.

Seafood dept guy kept telling me the wait would be long as if he didnt want to help me. Stated 3 times he had lots of walk away orders. The moment I moved to the side to look in the seafood freezer 2 other people walked up and he then asked to help them. This is my first visit to public where I didnt receive good Customer service

Publix ALWAYS has the best customer service,Ive been looking for an item that my nutritionist recommended cause has a lot protein in it , so the point is that they didnt have it and the called so many stores looking for it so the manager decided to ordered JUST FOR ME

The good thing is they always have my key lime pie in stock, however theyve changed a critical ingredient. The whip cream isnt dairy, its the hydrogenated stuff. So sad to see. Thanks anyway Publix

I have shopped at Publixs for more than 20 yrs. I love the bogos, the store is very clean, friendly employees with the exception of 1 or 2. I also like the senior discount on Wednesdays.
