Slow service. Kitchen is slow as well. On the phone they said 1st come 1st serve seat yourself which i thought was odd. Turned out that was not the case. Not a great venue to watch the world series either. Limited beer selection. Table that arrived after us got their food first. I will chalk it up to grand opening jitters.not sure about the great ratings a week ago as this is their opening.... I keep editing my post....15 minutes later still no food. 1 star. Ordered at 6:15pm got our food at 6:50pm. I am not a picky person, i once ordered a streak and got prime rib and did not say a word. My burger was small and undercooked asked for medium well got medium rare . my Wifes crispy chicken sandwich lacked chicken but had plenty of breading. My son wanted no lettuce and got a salad served on top of his steak sandwich. At least they remembered to leave off the guac on my burger. Do not blame the server as she is a victim of the circumstances. Unfortunately they pay the financial price for poor service overall.

The manager Dave is borderline subhuman, and should never even be considered for a management position at any restaurant or, for that matter, any sort of business where he will work directly with the clientele. He doesnt care AT ALL whatsoever about his customers to the point at which it almost seems that by patronizing his establishment I am inconveniencing him in a major way. If the kitchen gets your order wrong, and trust me they will, dont expect to get it comped and definitely dont expect them to redo it and get you what you actually ordered. Oh, and who the hell takes 70+ minutes for a BURGER?! Please, save yourself and do not suffer the horrendous experience of dining at this terrible restaurant. Do not support this incredibly poorly run business, they do not deserve a single repeat customer.

Maybe because it was the day after Christmas...there were a lot of empty seats. We ordered at 4:03. Louie Hamburger well done with fries, and fish tacos...54 minutes later, waitress said they were plating and it should be seconds...5 minutes later our food arrived. My fish was luke warm and that is being generous and my husbands hamburger was red..not pink or slightly pink, RED and not just a line in the middle..like they browned one side then flipped and served. Again they were not busy..some servers were wrapping silverware...I asked the waitress is the wait for food always an hour? She said no there were only 2 people in the kitchen.

First time at this establishment and it was a birthday dinner that "put a horrible taste in our mouth" so very dissapointing! We were asked to wait for ten minutes even though there were several tables open. It took about 20 minutes for drinks. But the best was the the half-hour wait for appetizers and then entree arrives before the appetizers. We decline the appetizers and they surprised why we did that! The manager comes out to us and tells us they was some confusion on tickets in the kitchen and that he is going to be gracious and remove them from the bill ! Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment.

I came in today around dinner time and got greeted immediately by Brittany. She was an amazing server. She was very prompt with our order she made sure our drinks were never empty and brought our food out nice and hot. Hats off to the kitchen The Voodoo sandwich was to die for. First time Ive ever had a veggie flatbread and it wont be the last overall this has become one of the best dinning experiences Ive had in a long time and will be frequenting this establishment for days to come

Well Ive never been to a busy place that is first come first serve. People crowding at the front door wondering what to do. Not one person came over to let us know it was first come first serve. A customer actually got up to tell us. So then people started to hover around tables waiting for people to get up. How would you feel if youre trying to eat and random people are roaming around you?Not a good first experience.

My boyfriend and I went there for my birthday last week and had a good time. Went during happy hour, so the drinks were reasonably priced. There was also a discount on appetizers so we got some of those and they were really good, especially the pretzels. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a very good experience. Will probably be back again soon!

The place is horrible. Ordered 3 burgers and chicken tenders and took them over an hour to make it. On a Thursday night and the place isnt that busy. Employees are just standing around talking. Place seems to have no management. Our waitress said the food is about to be ready and 45 min later, still nothing. Dont waste your time here. Id rather eat at McDonalds.

Food and drinks were good, but kitchen was very slow and staff was unprofessional. We were told they ran out of french fries, tater tots and pulled pork. We had a table of 7. Food came out very slowly and not all at the same time. Some of the food was cold and we had to send it back. I think this place could be great once these issues are worked out!

Got there with my 3 kids and ordered, grilled cheese, burgers and pasta at 7:05, and I called the manager over at 8:05 and asked when the food would be ready. I waited about ten minutes, and never got my food and we left. As I left 2 other families were getting their meals paid for because it took over an hour for the food. Horrible service.

It was my first time here and it was awesome!! I sat at the bar Tuesday for their happy hour. The first little bit was an ordinary time but after bartender Pablo got there...IT WAS THE BEST!!! He is the best! great service, smiled the whole time, made sure me and my friends had an excellent time. made the rest of the night one to remember!

The worst bartenders in town. I thought it was because they were new to strongsville but i have been here 3 times since they opened and tonight they were horrible. You can wave your hand or ask for a drink but good luck they walk right past you and when they finally come by they are clueless. Good luck

Everything Overpriced, bland burgers. Expensive alcholol, not much ambiance. No idea if I should seat myself or wait for someone to seat me when I walked in. Wont be returning. Went on $1 burger night. By the time everything is said and done, that burger will cost you a lot more than $1!

Absolutely worst experience ever!! Do not go to this location, very disappointed!! SERVICE was AWFUL!! We waited nearly an hour for our food, found out waitress forgot to put our food order in. Manager only gave a free app for our awful experience! WHAT a joke that place was. DONT GO!

Calarmi app was too small for two people and at 10 dollars its not worth it. Lots of tentacles too, not many rings. It was fresh and good , clean oil it was fried in just overpriced for what you get. Went on a slow Sunday so not sure if that affected anything.
