I go here every thursday night after work, i love all of their food. i started out with burritos and worked my way down the menu and got the nachos omg! get the chipotle salsa it makes the nachos i sware. im a real burrito effecionado and usually go places like chipotle and qdoba, and i tired agave for the first time and i really didnt like it that much, because i was trying to recreate the chipotle or qdoba burrito and i found on my second trip to agave you cant do that, just experiment and think outside the chipotle. so good....

I hadnt been to Agave for lunch in a few months because of a previous experience. I had gotten a sub-par portioned burrito for $5.50. I am not one to totally bail on a burrito bar, so I went today at lunchtime to get my usual. Sadly, I was again served a really, REALLY pathetic excuse for a bean and rice burrito. Skimpy portions of beans and rice, and I had to ask for a little more lettuce (I wasnt getting any cheese). Guess Ill have to start brown-bagging it again. Too bad.

Food is ok, but not served hot. It sits in warming trays for a while. Portions are fine, bar is well stocked for the size of the place. The big problem is the drunk college kids who have clearly been over served and have no volume control. I guess thats what you get in a college town, but its enough to discourage me from coming back.

You can get full and still have some to take home for less than $10. The bar is fully stocked and over 25 cocktails are listed. Although the locals refer to the Agave bar as "where you go if the Feve is too busy;" which is accurate. But at the rate Agaves bar has been growing, the competition only improves the two restaurants

I think the food would taste a lot better if the walls of the restaurant werent such a dull, desaturated colour. Atmosphere really does make a difference, and I think a bright, fresh looking colour decorating the walls would help. Also, constantly swatting away flies doesnt help with my eating experience either.

Very flavorless. Corn came from a can or bag and was served as is. (Try throwing it on a pan over heat to build flavor, common practice most places). Just an example of one thing. I really wanted it to like it. Tried it twice. Lots of potential just need to make an effort in the kitchen.

Great burritos! At a glance, prices are a bit higher than your typical college students budget might allow for, but that $6.50 burrito is like a meal and a half, and its awesome! Absolutely delicious, with free Guac on a veggie burrito, and plenty of vegan options! A must eat.

What little portions of food they give you are awful. I ordered a burrito bowl and it didnt even fill the to-go container they give it to you in. The chicken was flavorless and in huge chunks. The rice was burnt. Its worth the fifteen minute drive north down 58 to chipotle.

Great little Mexican cuisine restaurant, offers "build it yourself" burritos etc. Ala Chipotle, with many more interesting ingredients and combinations. They offer a small bar and have a few craft beers on tap as well. Reasonably priced and accommodating.

I am VERY happy with this very homemade Mexican offering. My margerita built on habanero-infused tequila certainly didnt lower my happiness. Bonus: Good vegan options, solid gluten-free options, and if you need both, you can still leave happy and satisfied.

The burritos are a nice change from chipotle. They have a wider variety of ingredients and sauces. I wish they had barbacoa. Ive been here for lunch several times, and the food is always good. My coworkers really loved the guacamole, but I didnt try it.

A tastier, local version of Chipotle. They have lots of great options and drinks as well. Outdoor seating is available in the warmer months. They definitely have better options than your typical Chipotle-like restaurant - I loved the sweet potatoes!

If you get the nachos with the chips on the side and get everything youd get in a bowl, its like getting a bowl and not paying extra for the chips #restauranthacks. I love this place. The food is fresh and tastes really good.

I went there back in June 2015 the food was OK but not impressive. The workers need to wear an apron and T-shirt I saw someone working wearing a tank top that is very unsanitary. I personally would recommend Lupitas better.

The ability to customize ones dish as well as the value and amount of food offered makes this the best burrito bar/Chipoltle-style restaurant Ive been to. I also appreciate that theyre open late on the weekends.

Every time we go there, the food is always good, fresh, and the prices are very reasonable. I never leave hungry, and I can always load my burrito bowl up with a BUNCH of toppings.
