I placed an order over the phone for pick up because I know sometimes theyre busy. When I got there they asked me if I put in a phone order and my name. Then the guy yelled out drop it! I asked the guy, you mean to tell me that you dont cook them until the guy shows up on a pickup order? Then the guy said we cooked it! I said Im looking right at it, youre lying to me. He just had a smirk on his face couldnt do anything but smirk because he knew he was lying to me. So Im wasting my time placing a pickup order. Then when I got the order it had fries in there and it was $11.68 or there about. I thought that was high but hey, Im going to pay and get out and Im not coming back. I saw the guy put some fries in my bag and then he handed it to me I said well thats not mine, I didnt order fries! And he had the same big smirk and he just froze. I said I didnt order fries,I just orderd a sandwich. The guy asked me if I wanted fries I said no and he asked something else, not sure, I couldnt make it out, but whatever it was I said no. I told him nevermind, whatever you tell me now is just going to be another big lie again. There was that smirk. Im done with them. I wont be going back. I cant have you lie right in my face when Im looking at what youre doing and youre telling me youre not doing it. Of course the wait was as long as it would have been if I had not ordered ahead. My sandwich was very very small, the fries were excellent and the Philadelphia steak sandwich I ordered seemed a bit undercooked but a lot of fast foods places do that so itll be soft

This Ohio institution has been cranking out delicious toasted subs for years. The chain is famous for their fresh bread and quality ingredients. Their subs are unlike any other Ive ever tasted. The bread is crispy on the outside and gooey soft on the inside. My favorite is the chicken Cordon bleu sub. Make sure to also grab a cup of their fresh cut fries. I like mine with malt vinegar.

This place is much better than quiznos, dibellos and subway together. Their subs are very tasty. French fries is as good as the one "5 guys" serve. I dont eat out lunch, but when I do I eat here.
