Although I really wish they would offer a combo, do you have very good burgers and this facility was beautiful. The staff was very friendly very helpful and were cleaning and maintaining the store. The staff even asked if I wanted a milkshake when they checked in on how my food was. I was impressed with this employees effort to increase the store sales in a professional manner. In fact I wish I could include her name here for recognition as she certainly deserved a raise and was a great asset to the store.

I dont understand how this place gets any stars. I went there and my burger was well done like a charcoal brick. I asked them why and they said thats how Five Guys does their burgers. They didnt offer a refund but offered to let me buy something else. I just got a shake since I figured they cant cook it so it would be safe from being a brick. Shake wasnt terrible but I havent been back.

The fries and burgers are cooked to order AFTER you order them. This means everything is hot and fresh. They alse provide peanuts while you are waiting for your meal. As an added bonus you can order ANY extra toppings you want for no extra cost. They have all the standards such as ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, but also things like BBQ sauce and Jalepanos. Best burgers in town

The people here are great and amazing. They are all really friendly and really help make the experience a five star. They have the best burgers and fries around with a lot of customization options! Can be a little pricy, but is definitely worth the money for how conveniently fast and yet perfectly they make their food!

best burger place in northeast ohio cooked right there and absolutely amazing! Fries are fresh cut everyday and cooked when you order them so you dont have cold fries. Portions are great i am 325lbs and a double with cheese and fries is more then enough. Would recommend for everyone!!

Burgers are good at this location. Fries are not. Theyre rarely fresh. Theyre oversalted and overdone. And they give you a lot less than you get at other 5 Guys locations. A Regular (medium) size fry here is equivalent to a Little (small) fry at other locations.

The best fast food burger and fry experience you can find. The fries are almost limitless because they put so much in a bag. The staff here are very attentive to everyone who walks in the door, and does something to make them feel special. Great job.

Simple, quick, and excellent service. Their burgess are second to none, with generous portions of fries that are always fresh. Five Guys is great as a treat as they now serve milkshakes as well! Beware if you have peanut allergies.

Loved it, great customer service and fairly quick. Ordered medium cajun fries, bacon cheeseburger with toppings of course, real good. Would recommend to others and come again. Im not from here so this was an enjoyable experience.

Fresh fries. I cant say that enough. I used to work at a burger joint, and all the fries were frozen. 5 guys has the bags of potatoes right out there. And the burgers! I could eat here every day.
