This location has never been good at customer service, but in recent months it has reached the point where we will drive to another town for our Donatos. We love the franchise food, but service at this one has been so bad, we can not go anylonger. Two weeks ago they lost our order after we sat there an hour waiting...then didnt even offer complimentary appetizers...a week later I sat for 15 minutes and never did get waited on...I called the other that were meeting me there and we changed location to Cappuanos. Not as good food but much better service.

Absolutely horrid customer service. The manager took my order and my payment for the location Im at, only 5 miles down the road. Then the driver calls and tells me an hour later at closing time that Im outside of his area and that he wont deliver. The manager calls his manager and after much debate concludes that they cant force the driver to deliver my paid food. Working a 12 hour shift, I am now without food and unable to order anywhere else. Do not buy from this location, even though the immediate manager attempted to help.

First time at this location and I will definitely be back. Very clean, great atmosphere, customer service was amazing and the manager Justin was a great help. Looking forward to bringing my family back to this location, by far my best donatoes experience.

Our family has had terrible problems here. One employee took a picture of a credit card. Another time I had my credit card number stolen after using it here. Would definitely suggest using cash here.
