*Updated Review" This place used to be a favorite for my friends and I, but now we will never return. They changed the entire menu, leaving the things that were boring and had no taste and removing some of their best items (such as the bbq potato skins). The entire burger section of the menu shrank as well. We still gave it a try, but we were severely disappointed. Months ago they changed the awesome French friends to overcooked, under-seasoned waffle fries so this new change worried us. The bison burgers were small and we couldnt tell the difference between it and hamburger, and the upcharge for bacon was crazy expensive. We all ordered bacon on our burgers, but one of them didnt have any on them. We told the server, but instead of apologizing and getting the bacon she rudely snapped back that we never told her it should have bacon on it. Maybe if you could turn down the music in the background, you could here us. There was only a few people inside when we were there, absolutely no reason for the music to be up so loud. Well a few minutes later she returned with the bacon, and what she gave us was two extremely tiny strips - Each strip was literally only an inch long (not exaggerating). We were charged approximately $2 for that? She was obviously annoyed with us and after that she disappeared until we needed the bill to leave, never returning to refill our drinks. Its such a shame, we used to love this place. Looks like will have to find a new restaurant. ____________________ (old review) Me and a friend were looking for a place to eat on a Sunday night, and found that this place was open till late, even on Sundays! We went in, sat at the bar, and were greeted and served by friendly servers. We ordered a few appetizers, the buffalo chicken dip and some boneless wings, and we both got a burger with a bison patty. We personally didnt care for the buffalo chicken dip, it didnt have much of a taste to it sadly. However, we absolutely loved the boneless wings. They seemed freshly made, not frozen and from a bag. When we ordered the wings, they gave us the option of choosing two sauces, so we got the hot and the boom boom sauce. Both were excellent and delicious! When our entrees came, the burgers were huge and they came with a generous portion of fries. The fries were homemade, and seasoned well. The bison burgers were just fantastic! We had a fried egg on it, and the eggs were cooked perfectly over-medium - yolk was still gooey but wasnt running all over the burger and our hands. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience! While the buffalo chicken dip was lacking, I cant take away a star just because we personally didnt like the taste of something. Thats why there is plenty more on the menu to choose from. We will certainly be back, many many times!

So nasty and so rude! The service is sooooooo slow. When I ordered my food it took 20mins for the waiter to just come back and say they just changed the grease and would take another 25 mins for the fryer to heat back up. So I had to pick another meal to order. I told the waitress how to make the chicken. it finally came out 20 minutes later totally wrong!!!!! The waiter came than said just keep the food and they will remake it. The manager came back and took the food away and said they would re make it. After that another 15 mins went by..... so than I asked to just have the check for the other guest that was with me. The manager came back and tried to get snippy with me asking did I just want to take it to go? I said no just the check please and she kept trying to get me to pay for the sad meal and service. I than started talking to who I was eating with and she turns back around like she wants to have a conflict with me. She was not compassionate at all or did not compensate the situation at all! I would never ever in my life go back to this location at all! This was my first time at this location and my last! Lakewood is way better!

The manager at this location is truly the best. Our family ordered 100 wings on New Years Eve and the wings were quite over cooked. I called in(which I never called into a place before to complain) and the manager answered the phone, he asked politely to hold so he could go into his office. After a very short hold, he answered and asked how he could help; I explained how we ordered wings for the family and when we brought them home they were over-cooked quite a bit. The manager automatically apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a gist card to compensate for the mistake. He made it known that he will be addressing the problem and how sorry he was. Being that I never have called in to complain about anything before, I was slightly nervous that they were going to be rude to me; but he was the complete opposite. I am writing this review today, because I was looking for their number to order again from them and thought that everyone should know how great the manager here is :)

Service was sad, food was less than impressive. Youd think a place with buffalo in the title would make sure their cooks could handle cooking a buffalo (bison) burger ($2.99 extra). I know bison has been in higher demand, thus prices have increased, but the price difference between a 5-7oz beef patty and a 5-7oz bison patty should not be anywhere close to $2.99. This place is a sports bar that just happens to have a few chunks of bison in in the freezer. Expect nothing more.

Had a great time until the end. A buddy of mine broke a glass right before we left,told the server then went outside. Find out I left my cigarettes inside. Thankfully the new customers told me the waitress grabbed them as soon as they sat down. NOW TELL ME WHY EVERY WAITRESS DENIED EVER SEEING THEM. Terrible untrustworthy service. Never again would I tip them as well as I did or give them any business.

On the plus: Excellent Bison burgers, tasty motherclucker sandwich and attentive/courteous waitron . Wasnt super busy when we went. Clean except for the bathroom (see below) Downside: bathroom left me feeling like I needed to wash my hands after going in there to wash my hands and Ninja turtles old school arcade game was broken. All in all we went there for the food - yum.

The wings were so hot and fresh! Delicious! Only thing is that they had College night and we had to hunt down a server and the music was way to loud. We had fun but we had kids with us and it was like accidently taking them to a club. Overall it worked out perfect since we went to Celebrate my SILs graduation. Our server was awesome!

Never an issue. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. Always greeted with a smile. Never have an empty glass. Food is always tasteful. My only gripe is they need to get popcorn back, or bring in peanuts or pretzels to snack on. Salt makes me thirsty. If im thirsty i drink more..
