Well where do I begin... first off, the service was terrible. The waitress was just not interested at all. It took ten minutes from being seated to her coming over to take our drinks order. After several more minutes, she came back with the wrong drink for me and took another lengthy period of time to rectify it. There was no silverware on our table (she also bused the table prior to us taking it) so we assumed we had to eat our starter with our hands. When the entrees came out, we still had no silverware and had to request it from her, to which she apologised and brought over two forks. No knives or chopsticks so eating the entree was difficult. My husbands entree tasted amazing, but with mine, the chicken tasted rubbery and I wasnt sure it was even cooked properly. I took it home in a box to look at it in better lighting and it was pink inside. One thing the waitress was good at was removing our plates each time a course was finished. She was also good at checking us out, except for the fact she hadnt even asked us if we wanted to check out and I was intending on trying the tempura ice cream so they lost out on some extra cash there. I was just done at that point. She also didnt ask how our food was at any point and just didnt have time for us at all. The restaurant was full, but it is not that big and I have had better service at busier restaurants. I did not want to leave a tip but my husband left her $5, IMO it is $5 she should put towards going to school and learning basic social skills. I have only had worse service in one other place, PF Changs where the waiter seemed to not even know what planet he was on. In summary, I recommend this restaurant to people who like to sit around doing nothing for long periods of time and enjoy the sensation of food poisoning.

Warning... the service is really bad in here. My husband and I came here for the first time from Maryland. We ordered a seafood salad and we got a seaweed salad instead, than we ordered sushi we dont like fried one the sushi taste really bad when we complained. The manager treated us really bad she said if you dont like it the server will pay for it. we said no in the menu you guys didnt mention that its fried she was like no temporary means fried. When I told her the server is new she doesnt know she said were lying, she was rude to us. Thats not how we treat new people

Lost a star due to sushi prices on regular days. Monday and Tuesday evening are half off if you dine in -- zomg-- would recommend. As far as sushi quality goes, its about in the 70th percentile--nothing to write home about. Good atmosphere, no issues with staff. Also about 70th percentile for ambience, so acceptable for a second or third date. As far as non sushi items, I tried the pad thai and was thoroughly unimpressed - the sauce was gross. Havent tried anything else yet

Really great food! Way better then the average take out place but not quite as good as PF Changs. The sushi is delicious. The sushi is half off Mondays and Tuesdays and they are always very busy on those nights, so the service is really bad. It took our server over 25 minutes to get our food order but she at least got our drinks. The language barrier makes it very difficult to communicate with the staff but they are always polite.

The half price sushi is great, I love the tiger roll. Hands down the worst service ever, though. Expect to be there a couple hours as each process from getting drinks, to ordering, and getting your check is a painfully long process. Ive been here 4 times and each time has been the same. But, I keep coming back and enduring it for the half price tiger roll on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Best sushi Ive had (beats the places I went to out of state). Hibachi is really good as well, and the lunch special is the best price Ive ever seen, it feeds me for awhile. I must add that I have never had an issue with service and Ive been here a bit, so I do not know why people would complain... Maybe a language barrier? Still hands down best sushi place in Cleveland.

Great food, great service! The meals are priced very well for what you get and too boot they are very filling. Mondays they have 1/2 priced sushi rolls, another great deal and very filling. I would recommend it for date nights, dinner with friends and dinner alone. Great atmosphere, very modern and hip.

Delicious sushi and rolls. Parma Roll, Ichiban, Double-J are the must-tries !!! Also, their staff is very nice. Making phone/online order is a pleasant experience. Usually it takes 15 minutes for your order to be ready for the pick up.

I was skeptical when it first opening, but ive grown to love this place. Their sushi rolls have always had generous amounts of fish, even on half priced sushi night. The fish has always tasted very fresh too.

Half off sushi on Mondays and Tuesdays is great. They have a good selection of classic rolls and unique specialty rolls. I recommend the Maple roll but they also have a good selection for non sushi lovers.

Foods pretty good. Managers stand around and watch tvs while there servers run around with no help. Terrible service from management. 30 minutes for a drink due to management watching tv.

Great calamari and even better General Tsos chicken! Had the Pad Thai yesterday for the first time and it was horrible dont get it! Too salty and dry
