Went here with friends because everything else was packed. This place, on the other hand, was completely empty. I ordered the Curry Shrimp Stir Fry because of the waiters recommendation. It didnt taste bad, but i found myself peeling the tails and some shell off. The rice on the side was cold and dry. One friend ordered the regular Chicken Stir Fry, again because of a recommendation, and said it was bland. The spring rolls were okay, though perhaps fried a shade too long. I think i would be a bit kinder, but with just my entree and a beer i was out $25+ tip and felt i deserved better for the money. Ill go back again, but next time try something else.

The worst service ever. It would appear that they dont want to hire anyone outside of their family to help them out. The service is abysmal. We watched several tables get up and walk out because they sat there for so long without so much as a menu. They need to get rid of a bunch of tables since it is very clear they cannot handle the amount of business Cleveland wants to give them. Couple next to us was seated after us but got thier drinks and food before we got our appetizers.

Had high expectations for this but it was pretty bad. Three of us ordered Pho and all of us were dissapointed. Big lumps of fat on the meat. Broth was weak, and the amount of sauces we were "allowed" to have was dictated by the small china dish they were served on. It was a nice looking place, catering to the dowtown or visiting crowd, but having to ask for more dishes of sauce instead of having a bottle on the table was just plain silly. Not impressed and would not return.

In the heart of E 4 the street. Great for people watching. Food was Vietnamese, no American menu, which was fine. Three of us had noodle dishes , all found them to be filling and tasty. The beef Pho had ample, well prepared meat and enough noodles to feed a family. Nice taste, better when I added the jalapeno. Decent wine selection and several craft cocktails to choose from. All together, a nice departure from the usual E 4th restaurants, and you cant beat the price.

This is my favorite restaurant. Not only so, but my friends who have left the downtown area always miss Saigon and make special trips to eat here. Seriously. Typically its hard to try new dishes because you like the last one so much. Try the chicken cabbage salad and the fish with tomatoes. I would never have ordered them until someone else did and had me try. Now they are my favorite dishes. Lunch is always crowded but dinner less people know the treasures here.

Very authentic vietnamese food. Service is good. In my opinion, one of the top top lunch places in the downtown area. Usually has a line out the door by 12:00 so get there early or plan on eating a late lunch. Service is always quick. They never seem to be real busy for dinner though... the strip on east 4th has turned into such a culinary hotbed, there is some tough competition for the dinner customers. But for lunch, this place is the Best!

Super fresh, big portion, great service. The lotus rootlet salad is def something I will crave from now on. Never had a salad like it...Sooo crunchy fresh, with cilantro, chopped peanuts, a subtle viniagrette and some of the best steamed shrimp Ive had outside of Florida. The rice noodles with crispy fried tofu was good, simple dish, as was the crispy shrimp app. Nothing greasy about the fried shrimp. Will be coming back for sure.

I eat at this restaurant on a regular basis and find the pho to be the best in Cleveland. Dining on the patio on a nice day makes for one of the nicest lunch experiences downtown. Service is always fast and professional and the food is consistently good (and a very good value). If you plan your visit on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday, you can walk off lunch at the Westside Market.

The lemongrass and chilli stir fry was amazing. Server recommended seafood and she was 100% on the mark. I did a mix of squid and shrimp, and wasnt disappointed. Dish was flavorful, squid was tender not chewy, and shrimp was fresh. Surprisingly, this place was less crowded compared to other pubs (maybe an alcohol issue) after the game, but thats another perk in my book.

We ate the bx2 which was beef with stir fried vegetables and rice noodles and the chicken and rice dish. Would have given five stars if there had been more chicken in the fish. Food was prepared super fast, it took us longer to decide what to order than it did for them to deliver to our table The flavor of both dishes was outstanding main course dishes start at $12

Were on a quest to find the best Pho, and I personally think this outdoes Superior Pho. Its the broth that makes the difference, and I recommend you try it out. My only gripe is that they dont have any tendons like a traditional Pho would have. Im still looking for other places... but this restaurant will be one of my go-to places for Pho. Nice area, too.

I cant compliment this place enough! This is the first place I had pho and loved it ever since. Everything I have had there has been delicious. However, I always go back to the pho because its so great. The staff is also polite. Great lunch spot too- I can walk there and back to work(10 minutes each way), get served, and cash out in just about an hour.

Best Pho Ive had to date. The summer and spring roles were incredible. Good service, high quality ingredients and food came out fast. Prices were unexpectedly reasonable for a restaurant on 4th. Overall, very good restaurant and a new favorite on 4th.

Pho broth is bland and blah... No depth of flavor to the broth. No cinnamon notes, no star anise, nothing. Shrimp spring rolls were crispy but the shrimp way over cooked to the point that they were tough and rubbery.

I order the B7 vermicelli noodle bowl practically every time Im there. It is by far, my favorite downtown Cleveland lunch option. Pour the fish sauce on the B7, apply sriracha, and experience lunch euphoria!

A beautiful environment for a night out. The food taste amazing, the waiters are more than patient if you need a minute to decide, and you can hold a conversation without the urge to shout over anyone.

Restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff are professional. The wait here was a little long but the food was tasty. Portions are large to match the prices. Left feeling quite full.

I ordered takeout but the server and I think maybe the owner both spoke to me and were very nice. The food was delicious!! Try the cabbage salad!

Ok pho. A tad on the expensive side. The decor is very contemporary, and a bit intimidating. Unlike any other pho restaurant Ive been to.
