I had high expectations for this place seeing as I just moved to Florida from Michigan and LOVE a local stir fry place back home. This was absolutely the worst experience of my life. Our waiter (Jeff) was unbelievably slow and never stopped at our table to check up on us. We had to ask the bus boy to get our waiter every time we needed something. Wanted to order a drink? Asked the bus boy to go get our waiter. Wanted to order food? Asked the bus boy to go get our waiter. Wanted more sause for our stir fry? Asked the bus boy to go get our waiter. Wanted our check? Asked the bus boy to go get our waiter. Now, each time we needed something, we looked around to see if we could see our waiter to wave him down and he was never to be found. So we had to wait 5-10 mins for the bus boy to see us looking around before he came and asked if he could get something for us. We went to dinner at an off time because we were catching a movie after, so its not like the place was busy. There were 3 other tables in the whole place! Our waiter only had 1 other table besides ours. Finally our food comes out and to be honest, it really wasnt anything great. Definitely not worth the $15 it cost. Towards the end of our dinner, the manager comes over to our table and asks how things are going. I explain to him that we have been here for over an hour and a half which is ridiculous when the place only has 3 other tables, and explain to him the crappy service we have been dealing with and he says "OK, Ill go find your server to bring you your bills and Ill take care of you guys". So we are expecting him to give us half off, or take the appetizer off the bill... anything! NOPE! He didnt do anything about our horrible service and never even apologized. The server also never apologized for his lack of attentiveness. Having worked in the restaurant business for 5+ years, I usually sympathize with waiters as I know what its like to be in their shoes. This was absolutely unacceptable and the manager never apologizing or doing anything for it is even more unacceptable. I will never go back, and will never recommend this place to anyone I know. We gave the bus boy our tip because he was the only one who clearly cared about customer service at this place.

I was recommended to visit Stir Crazy because the food was delicious. I made a reservation for my 21st birthday, and went for dinner with 9 other people. Absolutely horrible service. SLOW BAR, SLOW FOOD, SLOW EVERYTHING. The restaurant was DEAD inside. There were barely any people and my sushi took 30 minutes to arrive. My friend had also ordered a sushi roll and waited 45 minutes just for our server, Alexis B. to state that the restaurant had ran out of sushi, but they were in the process of starting a new roll. Uhm, how is that even possible? Alexis offered to take the sushi off of my friends tab, and we left it at that. Yet, when her check was brought to her, the sushi was still charged on her tab... Our actual entrees took an extra hour to arrive to our table, with me receiving my food last. I dont know why Alexis brought out our plates one person at a time, that is improper restaurant etiquette. There was a 20 minute delay per person when the food arrived... The additional servers who helped bring out the plates of food, didnt seem to know better, and basically slapped the dishes down on the table. The only reason Im giving this place two stars is because the food was delicious. In the end, our checks were brought out and I left a 15% tip because I dont blame Alexis entirely for her poor service. I believe that the restaurant as a whole, needs to work on their customer service by providing better training for their employees. Would I ever come here again for dinner? No. I do not recommend Stir Crazy if you want an enjoyable atmosphere for a planned dinner.

We came in to try something new. Wait staff was minimal which was odd for a Saturday afternoon in a busy shopping mall. Only 4 occupied tables in the entire establishment which was my first sign this was not going to be good. Still, my wife was interested in staying. We ordered or food and then got up to have it made. It was interesting to watch them make the food in the wok. We got our food back to the table. When my wife took her second bite she found a piece of the metal scouring pad they used to clean the wok in her food as she bit down into it. I had to wave down the server, which was also the bar tender to explain the situation. The manager came offer after and offered to replace it, but at this point my wife and I had lost our appetite so I asked for the check. When the check arrived my wifes food had been taken off, but I was charged full price. $27 for 4 bites combined food. Next time I will just try one of the MANY other options elsewhere.

The food was OK, the server, Greg P., didnt seem to know the difference between soy and sweet and sour. He even tried to tell me i was wrong, that it was indeed sweet and sour, that they just have a lot of soy in it... so the server tried to tell me i was wrong, after waiting fifteen minutes just to get the sauce... when we gave our order, he asked if wed been there before, we said we hadnt. Then when he dropped off our "bowls", that was it. He didnt tell us that one bowl was for sauce, one for veggies. We had to ask another customer what they were for, after looking like idiots for the wok bar thing. We finally saw someone go up there, and we followed them. Our server was chatting/flirting withanother table watching us fail. Avoid this place like the plague. P.F. Chang is fifteen minutes away.

Heads up, check your bill! Today I took my two daughters to Stir Crazy for lunch. The food was amazing (as always). When our server brought the check & I see that I was charged $7.00 in drinks that were (according to the menu) included with my kids meals. I asked if the childrens drinks were supposed to be included with the meal. She huffs and says "I guess". I go on to tell her I have no issue paying for them I just thought, because the menu clearly states that a childs meal includes a drink and an ice cream (didnt even get offered an ice cream for either kid) that I wouldnt be charged twice for them. She did end up fixing my bill but consider yourself warned. That is the second time we have eaten here that my first bill was incorrect.

I have eaten here once before and received average service; polite and adequate, nothing special. Im only reviewing now due to the extremely poor service this evening. We were seated between three busy tables that all have waiters going through. For 15-20 minutes we sat there without anyone acknowledging us or asking if wed been helped or get a drink order to start. Every waiter stared at us and walked away despite us saying hi to them. When we left, we informed the same hostess who seated us, who apparently was confused and asked us if it was a guy who seated us even though she just sat us shortly before. Not worth our time or money revisiting this place again.
