Their food is good and customer service USE to be good. Idk wat happened to this place. When I worked there in 2011-2012 they were on it with everything unless it was lunch / dinner rush of course, since its fast food. But even during the slow times its completely slow! What ever happened to making goals for ur day at work? I always had of goal of making that bell ring a certain amount of times during my shift. My opinion, the cashier is the first person you see so instead of greeting is customers w a nasty tasteless "wat can I get u" you can be a little more happier to make money off of us and say something like "hi, welcome to KFC wat can I get for you today" with a smile on ur face even if ur not feeling like being there that day. Its called good customer service! And clean the dining area when u have down time! I cant stress enough how not only is the cashier the first person you see but the dining room shows the type of customer service the customers will receive, so if the dining room is nasty the customer service is usually terrible! Dont people learn anything during orientation anymore?!

I just dont know... we have been going there for a few years and the last 2 years or have made it NOT worth going anymore. Seriously EVERY TIME we have been as of late as been a bad experience, from not getting all of what we ordered to something that we didnt order to waiting 20+ mins. for them to fry all three different style chicken, of course at three different times. What is up???....Occasionally I can understand BUT literally EVERYTIME in the past 2 years...This comment and complaint will be making it to the district manager because we have not been able to get satisfaction from a store manager......sorry KFC...

If I could rate them lower I would. In January 2016 I started visiting this KFC / Long Johns for both my lunches and dinners, by July of 2016 they had completely failed every time to get a Drive thru order correct. The Brands Quality and products are not represented at this location. Long Johns. If you order fish planks dont be surprised to have chicken planks in the bag when you open it, or the reverse. Cutting a plank in half does not make it two planks. KFC Not even close, WOW worse attempt Ive ever seen. I drive by here now and do not even consider location on my options list.

I waited for 10+ mins for fresh fish. I didnt mind that. They bought my food out and had dumped my fries in the bottom of the bag, along with the condiments, and utensils. I asked for new fries. She took the bag with the fries and condiments. When she returned with the new fries, she didnt bring back the condiments. She was frustrated but I didnt care. She forgot the sauces. Every Sunday I eat lunch at my brothers gravesite in Obetz, the last 2 weekends they did not have the chicken to complete my order. Same manager gives some lame excuse! There are several places to get chicken, but thats the closest too the grave yard. When I tried to call, no answer! Poor customer service!

Food was ok I guess, the cashier was fine but the rest of the people working there just looked like they couldnt give less of AF. We waited quite a while to get an order for just 2 people. Also the whole place just looks old, grimy, and filthy.

Worst LJS/KFC meal I have ever had!! Two ladies standing behind the counter when we walked in, did not take our order, but yelled for someone who was on her way to clock out. And steak fries are NOT interchangeable with French fries.

Probably the worst service ever. Was told it would be 2 minutes on potato wedges, embed up being almost 15, and that was after we reminded them. Employees are very loud, and not with business relayed topics.
