Ive seen people complain about the limited selection for fried chicken flavors, but I think the two (soy & spicy) on the menu are perfectly balanced enough. The chicken here is my favorite - its crunchy on the outside, but soft on the inside and not oily like most chicken places! Ive been to the one in VA and have been instantly hooked since day 1. And since then, Ive also been to the one in Texas, which sadly ended up closing, but needless to say, every chance Ive gotten, Ive dined at Bonchon! Ive never been let down, by neither the food or the service or the ambience, and I will always forever be returning if Im ever in Ohio again. I wish they would open one up in WA state :( I love you, Bonchon, youll forever live in my heart.

BonChon Chicken, despite the facilitys small size, is a very interesting and tasty place to eat and converse with friends and family. The food at BonChon is fusion, offering katsu and potstickers, however there a unique and interesting flare: almost everything offered is deep fried. This bold move turned out very, very well as the food is superb. The chicken, BonChons staple, is excellent. However, there is an extremely limited selection of sauces: a mild Soy Garlic, Hot, or a mix of both. This was disappointing and could leave the feeling of repetition to returning or regular customers. Overall 4/5: Small facility is salvaged by excellent food and bold flavour

I ordered take out at 6:40. Was told 20 min wait. I arrived at 7 and was told my food was not ready, they had a big party (6 people). It would be 5-10 min more. At 7:20 my order came out, i got in my car to leave, checked my food and I had ordered the soy garlic wings, i got the hot ones. I can not eat the hot ones. I took them back and did get my money back. But i was on my way to work. I am now late for work and have no dinner to eat on my nightshift. Additionally I asked for a small side of soy sauce and was told they dont do that. They used to do it, I have gotten it in the past. Overall very unhappy with their service.

This place is amazing! My daughter had brought home chicken from here before and it was really good. Went there myself yesterday. The pork buns were nothing short of spectacular. The chicken drumsticks were delicious with that magical crunchy coating. The kim chi coleslaw was fiery hot and delicious. The pickled radish was delish. The calamari was tender and delicious. Quant little place, friendly staff, I highly recommend. I will be returning and I live an hour and a half away from it.

This is my favorite chicken place besides Roosters. The wings, drums, and seasoned fries are bar none the best Ive ever had. Theres only two flavors for the wings, soy garlic and spicy, but they are each fantastic. Its definitely quality over quantity. The location is small, but Ive never been unable to find a table. They also have carryout and they have a sign on the door that says they deliver now too.

Ive had Bonchon at some of the various Virginia locations. So, I was very excited when I heard they were opening one in Columbus close to campus. However, this Bonchon was disappointing. The chicken was dry and over fried. The seasoning still resembled the taste of the Bonchon that Ive had. The octopus appetizer was disappointing as well. I recommend going to the one off of Saw Mill over this location.

It was my first time there. I was surprised to see it a sit down and be waited on type of restaurant. Waitress was nice, place was nice, decent menu items. But I was nervous about the spicy being a lightweight in the hot department. Waitress suggested putting the sauces on the side. Glad I did. Waaay to hot for me. I would go back for more

Korean Tacos with beef were amazing. Beef was juicy and spiced and had just the right amount of Korean slaw on top. The spicy fried chicken has good heat, but not overpowering. Chicken pieces are big for what you usually find in Columbus restaurants, with the drumsticks being especially meaty. Good value on High St.

After living in Korea this place fills the niche of fried Korean junk food that I missed so much. The dak boggi is just the way I like it (crispy outside, chewy inside) and they have a few gluten free and vegetarian options. Atmosphere could use some work, but who cares when the foods so good?

This is one of my favorite places to go for some KFC (Korean Fried Chicken). There are a bunch of Bon Chons in the east coast, and I was pleasantly surprised when they opened up in Columbus. If you want a combination of Asian spices+fried chicken, then this is the place for you.

Food is pretty great and you get a lot for your money. Waitress was very attentive and kind while we were there. Atmosphere was alright but nothing too spectacular. And they played K-pop which is always a plus.

This Bonchon is pretty small so keep that in mind if you go with a group. The food is good albeit slightly expensive - just like the other Bonchons. Get the chicken, their specialty, not the main dishes!

Fried chicken is great. Getting half spicy and half garlic is the way to go. Season fries are a must. However, water lines need to be cleaned. The water tastes funky.
