My sister and I went out for dinner tonight...something we dont get to do often. Nate was our server. He was great! Unfortunately everything we wanted to order, they were out of or they no longer had it on their menu. First, they didnt have the Asian chicken (salad) anymore...thats what my sister was going to have. So she ordered a burger, all the way...but...they were out of mayo. What? How does a restaurant Run out of mayonaise? Run across the street to Publix! Or 2 parking lots over to a super Walmart! Then she ordered asparagus...didnt have it. I ordered brussel sprouts to have as a side...didnt have them. I ended up discouraged and ordered just the salad bar...1 small plate full and it cost me $9. We ordered the "new" caramel crunch desert...guess what? Yup...they were all out. My God! And the salad bar is DEFINITELY not worth the price, so my sister enjoyed her beverage and our conversation. So God bless poor Nate! He felt bad rejecting everything we were ordering, he was embarrased. We tipped well, after all, it wasnt his fault the place sucked tonight. Unreal. Worried about going back again. Dont have the money to spend and not be full and satisfied when leaving a restaurant. Ate when I got home.

I took my mom out for an early dinner on 10/17/16 and had one of the worst customer service experiences. Juan was our waiter and apparently his job description is to stand behind the bar, drink and flirt with middle-aged female customers while his tables kind of get serviced by his coworkers. My mom talked to the manager. He apologized, which was nice, but then he started making excuses (the place was pretty dead. Like only 3-4 tables) and then asked my mom if they had ever catered at her work like he was trying to make a sales pitch. Really dude? Do you really think an unsatisfied customer is going to want a sales pitch after crappy service? I can say we will definately not be returning. If the manager had just stuck to the apology we probably would eat there again because that really was the first time we have had bad service there but he totally blew that with the excuses and sales pitch.

I dont know if you received my complaint. But I sure hope so. As I stated I love Ruby Tuesday, after all these years, I had a bad experience. The waitress stuck her finger in my mash potatoes, said there was something in them. She should have taken it back and brought a new one out. Made me sick to my stomach, I probably wont go back to the one in Zephyrhills. Sad but did not like that at all There was a table of 4 next to us who seen this also, dont know what they did but we left. Maybe more training is needed. The food at Rubys is great. I like ruby Tuesdays, the food is good at this one. I personally havent had a bad meal and so far every server Ive had has been so kind. But I took my family there today and when our hostess sat us down at the table... I went to sit my two year old son down and there was a cockroach on the chair, to me that just screams no. It was a German roach at that (unfortunately, personal experience ) and those buggers are hard to get rid of and their is never just one. So for me I couldnt sit down and eat somewhere knowing that I saw a roach at my table.

I have watched this place go down hill and today is the last time my daughter and myself come here. The $$$ for THE smallest food portions is unreal. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else where you get better value for your money. I ordered chicken tenders/ribs and now the tenders are smaller then shrimp and the manager bring me 2 more pieces that are even smaller then the ones on my plate. That is no way a $18 meal. Not even $10 and you still have enough $ to pay your chef.

Had a late dinner with my husband tonight. Was seated right away. Sat down ordered drinks. Ordered Chips & Queso. The Queso was so incredibly disgusting honesly it tasted like vomit...ugh definitely was made from a can you could taste the metal. Staff was loud and apparently planning a party that night. Geeze take it outside kids!! The floor was so sticky my flip flops stuck to the floor. The only positive was our Waiter...he was amazing, very friendly.

We walked in and were told that there was plenty of room for a party of 5 yet we had to wait 10min. Our server seemed nice but fake ( rolled her eyes a few times). We ordered 2 small appetizers and a salad and wings. Took almost 1hr for our food to come out. The salad was the wrong one, we asked 3ppl for napkins including the manager and never got them until we were half done with out food. We definitely will not be back.

Our waitress, Jamie was so kind and courteous, and thoughtful. The menu was huge, service Great, my friend and I went home with all we couldnt eat ; the portions were large and delicious. My only negative is the food was not really hot, only warm. I will go back again. Thanks.

My drink was watered down and I order pot sticker for appetizers and didnt get it until after meal was served. My cesar salad was not romaine lettuce and the salad dressing was all clumped together at the bottom of the dish. The meal was flavorless. Bad experience with them.

Horrible service and cold food! Waited 15 minutes to place drink order, another 35 minutes for food! Waitress did not check on us to refill drinks and we didnt receive biscuits until after half way into our meal! And every single dish was cold. Will not return.

Ordered 2 burgers, they had ice cold tomato lettuce and onion, cold, slightly frozen and soggy buns. How is that possible? The worst burgers we ever had! Too bad they were dine out. We certainly wouldnt have paid for them. Never ever going back!

Wish Id gone to restroom BEFORE eating. Could barely pry feet from sticky floor. Just because you dim lights doesnt mean we dont see the filth. Seriously gonna call Health Department...If Im not stuck in my own bathroom with whatever I caught!

Dont drink the water, it is heavily chlorinated..Be Careful when you ask for a bottled water since the glass of water is undrinkable you get charged $3 a bottle, which is highway robbery. That means they get $72 for a case of water..

My favorite restaurant. Thank you for all the delicious food, you have the best burgers Ive ever eaten, amazing pasta, and that caramel crumb cake.... I wish I could buy the whole cake not just one slice!

Tina did a great job making us feel at home. After taking our order, she check back-to keep us updated on the order. She kept our drinks filled. As always, it was an enjoyable evening at Ruby Tuesdays.

Best restaurant in town. Not into chain restaurants but really enjoy the food here. They do it right so you dont realize you are in a corporate restaurant. Great presentation and cooked awesome!

I like the salad bar that they have all of the food looks fresh every single time that i go. I also love the pasta that they have there. One serving of pasta is enough for 2 people as well.
