If I could rate this store lower than 1-star I would!! Growing up, I would love their baked goods, however the last couple of experiences I have bad have been AWFUL! A few months ago my husband reached out to the company to purchase doughnuts for a food drive, when he asked the owner if they wanted to donate to the food drive the owner ranted about how construction was affecting his business and was absolutely appalling to my husband. My husband had planned to purchase baked goods regardless, however this man was so awfully rude to my husband he decided to purchase from another bakery instead. I decided that this must be a stressful time for the owner and gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried R&M again. I called yesterday around 5 pm and placed an order for doughnuts to be picked up the next day (today). I stated that they needed to be picked up by 9am and I was assured that this wouldnt be a problem. Well, we come in at 9am and THEY WERENT READY. When my husband asked when theyd be ready, the employee stated not for another hour (which is when our event would take place that we needed our baked goods for). I expressed that I was told theyd be ready at 9am and the employee, with a very nonchalant attitude, said that the doughnuts were in the freezer and arent ready and wont be for another 30m at the earliest. Its very obvious that these employees do not care about the customers and for this reason I will NOT come here again. Its disappointing because I love to support local businesses.

DO NOT ORDER SPECIAL COOKIES HERE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! We ordered custom cookies for our daughters 2nd birthday party... We wanted "K"s and "2"s on the cookies... what we got were iced cookies that looked like somebody took a sharpie marker and wrote "K" and "2". When we called and complained they laughed and also said that nobody specified "fancy" decorations for the cookies... wow. They also said wed have to return the cookies for a full refund, which is would require an hour drive round trip. Save yourself the time and DO NOT order cookies from this bakery!!

This place was the source of my first words as a child. "Pie. cake" and the quality has remained well above the rest. I recently ordered a cake that was make from scratch that was ready in 3 hours! Now that is awesome!

My husband drew a picture of how we wanted our boys birthday cake to look. The baker did exactly what we wanted. The cake was perfect and tasted as good as it looked. Great job.
