The aisles here make absolutely no sense. I had to search three different aisles just to find tomato sauce. While trying to find the items on my list, I came across almost every stock boys butt crack. Once I finally made it to the register, my cashier (I think her name was Lori or Jodi) was very talkative which I found irritating especially in the mood I was in. About five of my items rang up a wrong price, most of which the cashier just asked me what I thought the price was. The bag boy Nick had the facial expression of a man who lost a lot of money in the stock market. He was quiet and bagged my items okay, but he wasnt as friendly as everyone else. Once I reached my total, the cashier came uncomfortably close to me and gave me unclear instructions on how to go to a Whole Foods website and get fifteen dollars off some amount that was more than my order. I tried to remain calm as I was furious inside. How is an employee allowed to get so close and advertise for another store? He bag boy then offered to take out my groceries not once, but twice even though I was obviously capable of handling the small load. I thought that I would be safe once I out out of the store, but while driving out of the parking lot I was almost hit by someone who appeared to be an employee off the clock. They were in a dark green Toyota. Days later, almost all of my produce and yogurts were rotten. In the months since Ive stopped shopping at Publix, I have never had such a bad experience at any other grocery store.

A few years ago, I stopped going to this store when I realized their deli chickens were not as good. However, yesterday, I was driving right by this store and didnt need a chicken, so I stopped here. What a mistake! I wanted a watermelon, but they had no whole watermelons out. I asked someone about this, since its June and of course there should be watermelon in June. He went to the back and got one for me. It was frozen, which I thought was weird, but I accepted it. I was annoyed I did not get to pick out my own melon, as most people in our culture get to pick the item they want. An item is not typically forced upon us in a store. So, the next day I cut into the melon and it was total mush!!!!! I dont mean mildly mushy. I mean it was no longer even edible. Think of processed apple sauce that has been left out over night. That was the texture of the watermelon. It was perfectly red inside, so it used to be good. However, this store absolutely destroyed this watermelon by freezing it. Shame on them.

Pharmacy is the worst one Ive ever had to deal with.. Ive been with another Publix pharmacy not too far away (SUNLAKE) and they we always courteous and a pleasure to deal with. So far this publix pharmacy has been both rude and condescending to my wife and I. The techs as well as the Pharmacist at this location do not hold up the professional standards that Ive seen at other publix locations.

I used to like this Publix. Now their salads are not fresh. The fish tastes funny. I have purchased some rotten produce a few times. The deli is always friendly and the employees seem nice. I have just had to many bad experiences recently. A few subs I purchased were also foul. They really need to get it together. Or someone will put them out of business.

Never has what we need in stock. Items that we buy regularly are always discontinued for some reason. They always ask if you found everything you needed, and when you say you didnt, they dont do anything about it anyway. The produce section is horrible - we get produce home and find it rotten.

Great Bakery..always nice Deli folks, sometimes alittle slow. They WILL try to get an item that they may have stopped having back in stock. Management team very helpful. We like this store because it is the slightly smaller Publix which is better to shop in. Always very clean and neat. A+
