My name is tashawna not Sonya but Bad bad bad customer service, I ordered three two foot pizzas and when I got there to pick them up only two were made. I was asked if I wanted to wait I decided I have to bc it would t of been enough food. I was told to call back tom. I called back was told that a manager was there the day I picked them up and no manager was there that saw when I was there. I was hung up on. I buy pizza a lot from there and think I should of been treated a little better and personel issues with the manager has with anyone outside of work that I happen to be around should be kept outside of work it has nothing to do with my money or my business. I wasnt asking for free pizza I called to talk to a manager about what happened that was all. The manager wouldnt listen to anything I said and contracted what I said, then hung up on me.

Excellent service! Friendly, fast, accurate! Willing to go that extra step. I was picking up my called in carry-out & decided a salad would be great with my pizza. Although my order was ready, my receipt printed out & ready for payment, the girl was more than happy to add a salad & personally made it for me, to my exact likings, with a smile & a cheerful voice.

This has to be on my list of favorite pizza places, what it lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for in service, and food quality, among the highlights, obviously, their pizza which hits the top ten in most peoples books, but my personal favorite, their unlimited salad bar, and, more specifically, their signiture italian dressing.

Good food but there is always a wait. Not so much employees fault just seems like they are sometimes understaffed. We ordered take out and waited 10 minutes in no line to be served. But the food is good as any other pizza hut.

For the most part good pizza...most of the staff is friendly...dinning in they never have enough waitresses working. We were told we was not able to use the $5 flavor menus when dinning in that it is only for carry out

Staff seems fairly friendly. 3 times ordering carryout and pizza has been very undercooked. If you order from here I reccomended checking the bottom of your pizza before leaving the restaurant.

Apparently with the remodel customer service went our the window. Place was dirty not once did a waitress come to check on us.
