Will never order from here again!!! And i sure will let everyone i know not to either. When the delivery person also known as shayla came she did not hand me my pizza right away like they usually do. I paid and tiped her and she left quickly. When i look at my pizza it was all smushed in together like it had fell and one box was missing a slice. The pizza was not edible i called and they hung up then i called again. I told the employee and he just quickly put me on hold then the manager came on the phone and it was like she did not care. No apologies or anything and says she can give me a credit for next time, like there would be a next time. And that it would have to be another 45 for a replacement. On my way i changed my mind and asked for my money, my tip and my delivery fee. She was rude and unprofessional. When i got there also all the employees including the manager were all outside thats maybe why no one ever answers the phone. I ended up going to Papa Johns right down the street from where they are. Not only was the the customer service so much better the place was very well clean and everyone was working, and it was cheaper. Pizza hut was dirty and the employees looked gross. Wont ever order from there again.

Wow, worst service ever... I was transferred to a call center and the woman on the phone want trying to be rude but she has either never been trained to talk on a phone or how to navigate her ordering system. Her volume was very low and she didnt seem to be trying to speak up at all. This could explain her inability to comprehend what I was saying. Perhaps the most unprofessional call Ive ever had as a customer. I did not trust that she placed my order correctly even after reading it back to me, she really did seem confused about everything... she kept mixing mild and medium up. I called back a minute later to confirm that my order was changed. Again I spoke with someone not very experienced on the phone and the volume was very low again. He made some effort to speak up and he actually was able to help me. He also confirmed that she did not place my order correctly. If this is how I have to deal with pizza hut, I will not be buying from them. Which is unfortunate because I really enjoy there pizza.

I will never order from here again. I made and online order. I get a call from the store an HOUR LATER and they tell me that they cant deliver my food after dark and that I can come pick it up and they will give me 20% off. I told them that I dont have my car here thats the reason for delivery and that I always order from there around the same time which was about 830. Only when I said why, thats when the decided to give me an answer. They had a delivery driver get robber. Ok, Thats understandable, but dont call me an hour later when I could have ordered from somewhere else within that hour. Be considerate to your customers.

I hope that the supervisor and the corporate office actually read these messages. I just ordered pizza - the big box deal and decided on chicken wings instead of the pasta. Something different right - WRONG! Instead of getting nice juice bonless chicken wings I get a BLONDE HAIR inside it instead. Is it not a requirement to wear a hair net while cooking or at least keeping it pulled back? I recently moved to temple terrace and I love pizza hut, but this right here was like "WOW!" I lost my appetite to eat my dinner now. Thanks pizza hut on 56th street for not making sure youre preparing your food correctly.

Hands down the most incompetent people i have ever talked to. I ordered ordered food said it would be 30 mins to deliver and it was 1.5 hrs before it got here and it was cold and wrong . I called the store back after an hour of waiting to check the status of the order and I spoke to the supervisor which cursed me and threaten to hang up on my because she "could not hear me" .i could barely understand her . i have to repeat my area code 7 times to her. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worse Pizza Hut experience ever!! The order was 22 minutes late from the time given for delivery. My pizza was COLD, AND they only took $3.00 off the bill... Apparently, these guys are hurting for money because they couldnt afford to compensate for their errors... This tells me that they must make a lot of mistakes. From now on Ill stick with Papa Johns, they make a better pizza and show up on time. Lesson learned.

I paid with a card over the phone and I was hung up on as soon as I have gave my exp date and when I called back the boy said oh it went through and hung up in my face a second time. Ive never had payment taken that way and I felt uneasy about giving my card number to the boy afterwards now Im concerned about my security. A customer should never feel that way

Be wary of whoever is delivering your pizza. I got a driver who was rude to my customers and as he left he made a rude comment because of the tip I gave. So I specifically ask for another driver. When they sent that same driver my pizzas were tossed around in the box. I love pizza hut but will never order from this location again

I ordered online , i ordered a medium pizza , 2 orders of 8 piece wings, sauce and a 2 liter soda. They showed up an hour later with a cold pizza and dipping sauce . I only paid for the pizza, when i tried to call the store they dont answer and i kept getting sent to a call center .worse service ever . Ill stick to papa johns !

FALSE advertising on the website. The deal says "Get ANY toppings, ANY crust, ANY specialties, ANY crust flavor for just $10 when you carry out." Yet when you order, it tries to charge extra for stuffed crust. The deal is ANY crust. I have not had Pizza Hut in a few years. It is going to continue to stay that way.

The worst 32.00 pizza I have ever had. Not to mention when I called to let Supervisor know, she told me they would make me another one but it would be 30 minutes before i get it. I never got it. I will make sure everyone I know knows the horrible food and service I received.

BEWARE, this store will steal money from you! I paid the delivery driver a cash tip and when the bank cleared the payment they added an additional $4 charge. Contacted the store who said they would look into it and have not heard back.

Its decent pizza, and every time weve been there, the staff have been clean and courteous. Ive stopped ordering extra cheese, though; not only do I not need the calories, but its hard to tell any difference between extra and regular.

You order well done pizza is doughy if u order lite sauce you get no sauce . You call them they dont answer but wait theres more; im kidding this place sucks i cant believe im still waiting on this food #worstpizzahutinintheworld
