I went through the drive through and ordered a Italian Combo sub and requested no sauce. When I got home to my delight there was sauce on the sub. I called the store and told them what happened and how my order was wrong. The girl on the phone said I could come back in and get a new sub free of charge. I told her I was home and had no interest in going back to the to get my correct order. She was really nice and told me I could come in anytime and get another sub for free. I did go in the other day and told the guy at the drive through my story and they made my order and gave me my sub for free. Good job Panera!

Very poor service, ordered soup and sandwich, and the soup was cold, the sandwich was poorly made. Went to complain and couldnt find a manager to speak to. Then looked for comment cards and of course zero available. I was there with my girlfriend and the meal prices came to in and around twenty-five dollars for horrible service and horrible food, sad experience for this Mt.Vernon loxation

I love this place especially the Mediterranean vegetable sandwich and soups. Also, 1/2 sandwich & soup deal is great. It is a little pricey $$, however, to take a family there would cost you quite a bit.
