I ordered food online to be delivered and they quoted me an hour. They called me after one hour had passed and asked me if I ordered something. They apparently were "too busy" to see they had an online order and offered no apology or solution other than me waiting another 45 minutes for my food. Will not order from there again.

They have terrible customer service i called i got a hi from them they didnt tell me the price or how long the wait was also their delivery driver girl was so rude she just said here and handed me my food then told me to sign and walked off worst experience of my life I will never have them deliver again

Used to be good, but the quality of food has declined since this place got new ownership. Very fast service, but lazy. Whoever heard of fried rice with just rice and onions. This place used to put egg and veggies in their fried rice, but no longer. Shame. Because they used to be good.

I ordered VEGETABLE EGG FOO YOUNG. I found onions, brocolli, and pea pods in my meal. There was a strong flavor I had trouble placing. $2 extra for fried rice! :-( Greasy and the egg roll we got dripped grease! :-( Order Taker was pleasant, but had trouble understanding me.

Food was decent but the delivery time was absolutely ATROCIOUS! We had to wait over 1:15 minutes for two meals and some crab rangoon, and we are within 5 miles. I understand traffic can be bad, but its not like we ordered $75 worth of food of different & uncommon varieties.

Dont know what "joemomma" is talking about (can you take anything seriously that comes from someone posting as joemomma?), but I get food from this place all the time. Great food, good people. Has never been dirty any time Ive been there.

Food is hit n miss. Rice is usually stale and hard as a rock and for lunch specials you have to pay an extra $1 or $2 for fried rice. Delivery is beyond ridiculous and makes you wait 2+hours even if you ordered at 11am.

They def need a different shrimp source was not happy with quality of seafood. Fresh seafood is a must. I always tell the truth on reviews for the better of the people. Rice dishes were overcooked def needs more love

Worst bourbon chicken Ive ever had. I will admit, the chicken with broccoli is really good though. Just avoid the bourbon chicken
