Horrible horrible horrible. Weve given this place several second chances but they can never get our order right EVER. Today when we ordered they gave us only one baguette instead of two like we ordered (they never get that right ). Frontega chicken sandwich which is supposed to come with onion and lettuce on it was given to us in a greasy mess with just a sad looking tomato and chicken. Dont get me wrong, I love Panera. But the staff at this one can never get it right. Will never eat there again.

This store does not understand the concept of a rapid pickup order. Every time I have ordered from my phone the food was not ready when it was supposed to be. The last two times I have had to ask for it and wait while they make it. It would have been quicker for me to wait in line and order it the old-fashioned way

Food quality has gone down the past 5 years. Panera had done a great job in marketing "healthy" eating however the actual taste is very bland. This location is very slow on getting your order out as well. People they dont really cook anything there, they assemble it.

I typically try to avoid panera because the wait is always so long. But I decided I would try it out and there wasnt a wait for once, but they completely messed up my order therefore I ended up spending more money than if they had rang it up correctly the first time.

Horrible service! Called in my order and when I got there eight people were waiting ahead of me. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. Also someone came up to the register and said they had been sitting at a table for 45 minutes waiting for their food.

Good lunch spot, particularly on a weekend. Fast service with consistent food. They have a large variety and even some healthy options. When the weather allows, you can even eat outside here.

We are 2.7 miles from the store and we cannot get delivery. Paneras loss is Guys gain. Jimmy Johns is further and they deliver here.
