Our whole family was so excited to hear of the new opening! BUT, nothing is where you can find it...I mean canned tomatoes were in the Italian Aisle????? WHAT? Our shopping takes twice as long, and I was very disappointed. My father ran grocery stores his whole life and doesnt understand who the heck set this one up? My daughter does merchandising and wont go in this store any more. They dont have baggers, so the check out goes slower...there is hardly anything of a bread aisle...although you CAN get your hair done!! Oh My GOD! I am going back to Medina Giant Eagle, so is my daughter, husband, neighbor and probably most other people that wont be able to find anything in this store. Try asking your people where things are....they cant find anything either. Such a shame! OH PLEASE DON"T DO THIS TO THE MEDINA STORE!!!

My only quibble with this store is too many self-checkouts and not enough live cashiers. I hate the self-checkouts and refuse to use them. Hire some cashiers! Love the store. Love the people. Love the services. For some reason, I too have trouble finding some things. Maybe this needs some attention. Also, as with all stores, unfortunately the shelf price tags are impossible to read when they are two inches off the floor. I wish someone would find a solution to this problem, especially for senior citizens (who wear bifocals) and/or cant kneel down to read the tags. Ive never met a nasty cashier or one who didnt give me the proper attention when I was checkoug out. They are all professional, friendly and competent. Love the store, love the gas discount. Just hire some more cashiers! LOL

Great selection of products, lots of craft beers and lesser known brands of food. However, their prices are not very competitive compared to Wal-Mart. This is how they keep out a lot of the rifraf. The only State Liquor Agency in Wadsworth is located in this store. Very unfortunate. One of the liquor employees is a jerk. Hes got short black/silver curly hair. Was very rude to me when I was asking a few questions about different products. I normally dont report things to the store manager, but I called and spoke with one because of this mans terrible attitude. Just be aware of who you are dealing with if you choose to go here.

This Giant Eagle has everything you might need for food and drinks. They have the Eagles Nest for children to hang out while you shop. They have draft beer for sale in jugs. They have RedBox and recycle plastic bags. It is hard to find things because of the manipulative layout of the store that tries to force you into impulse purchases, but if you know your way around it isnt as big of a headache. Great produce department.

Megan is a big liar. there are NO nice cashiers at this store. i am so done with the Wadsworth Giant Eagle. rude ineffectual employees. all they do is get in customers way and socialize. they should all be ashamed of themselves. stuff is always out of stock, on wrong shelf, seriously canned tomatoes in five places in the store...give it up. the place is total anarchy.

We love having Giant Eagle nearby. Always a great selection at the meat/seafood counter. We always buy our steak and fish here. Store is always clean and organized and staff is helpful and friendly. Our kids miss the Eagles Nest that used to be there but still enjoy the store. Dry cleaning service is also convenient.

The store is clean and the people are usually nice, but the selection seems to be a bit small when it comes to things. There seems to be more "snack and frozen isles than healthy ones. For me, its not my typical shopping destination, but it works in a pinch. The 24 hour convenience is nice.

Great store. Grand selection of products n nicely displayed. Easy access to everything in store. Super meat n deli departments. Bathrooms always top notch. Staff in every dept are friendly n helpful. Layout of store easy easy to follow. Nice location n always plenty of parking.

Janine- id come back and check it out, theve rearranged the whole store so the flow makes more sense! Also team members can always help you find things. Douglas- Giant Eagle is FROM Pittsburg but I agree Browns would be more appropriate

This Giant Eagle has everything you need! The fresh produce selection is great and there is an amazing assortment of wines and cheeses. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a bit on the pricey side but worth it.

Our go to grocery store in Wadsworth. We can find just about everything we need in one stop. They have a wonderful exotic fruit section that we check out with every visit. You never know what youll find.

I really am a loyal Giant Eagle customer. Imagine my shock when I discovered a Pittsburgh Steelers tent as a promotional display here in Wadsworth, Ohio, the heart of Cleveland Browns territory.
