Watch the pricing! Just challenged them on the pricing of supposedly "reduced" wine on a separate display. It had the orange sticker claiming a reduced price, but was still the same price as the stock on the regular shelf. Grocery manager saw nothing wrong with the practice, said he just wanted to "move some old stock." He completely disagreed with my stating that it was fraudulent advertising! Talked to the assistant manager just now, and he was less than assuring; said hed do a price check and pull the full price bottles. That may solve the problem this time, but do I have to not trust them in the future? I dont want a store where I have to check on them every time.

I love coming to this store everyone from the manager down to the naggers are always friendly and serve with a smile as as helpful. The stores are always clean and fresh. If there is an item not there an employee no matter who will take the time from what they are doing and try to help you by looking it up and if in back will go and get it for you. I wouldnt go anywhere else but here.

Today I locked my keys in my car. I phoned my hubby & he was going to walk a spare set to me. I asked a manager if they might have a wire coat hanger to unlock my csr. He didnt but was kind enough to go pick up my hubby then drove him home. This was over and above what this manager needed to do but I SO appreciate it. I didnt get his name but it was around 6pm.

I love the BOGO at Publix, but it seems a lot of their prices have really went up in the past 2 years, enough to where I shop there and a couple of other places. If it werent for the higher prices, I would give them 5 stars.

A terrific store with exemplary employees! For those of us who live in Florida, we never say we are going to the grocery store - we say we have to go to Publix! That should say it all.
