Very rude employees. Had one snatch drink from my hand when I had only asked a question about it. Then got an attitude (nasty facial expression, smart-ass tone, head bobbing)from her when I pointed out I was only inquiring about the item as she proceeded to dump the drink in the sink. She acted pissed off she even had to be there. With employees like that I dont care to, and plan on advising my friends do the same, ever give my money to them. At least this location. Having server/customer service in my work history I KNOW she was ridiculous and out of line. Some type of supervisor should have stepped up when their employee continued being rude and unprofessional even though the customer had walked back to seat. Horrible experience. Horrible.

Previously I have had many great experiences here. Lately I am not sure if they lost a lot of veteran workers or what, but service is extremely slow, often there is just one barista for both inside and the drive thru. Not very helpful with drink suggestions for "secret menu" items but I think this is due to new staff and probably no actual training for those types of drinks. The Starbucks drinks and food are as good as anywhere, its more service related that knocked off a star for me. Still, its my local Starbucks and I continue to do business there. Hopefully it will settle back into a better rhythm soon.

Baristas are friendly, whether it be the new hires or veteran workers. They make sure to get your Rewards if you missed them. Ive never had a drink mistake, though they are happy to remake it when I forget something I want. The atmosphere is loud due to the machines and tile, but I dont mind it. Its welcoming and a beautiful place to hang out. I read here, and do my schoolwork too.

Only rating it 5 stars so everyone can see this. But after a work meeting I went to Starbucks and ordered a tall pumpkin spice frappuccino and guess what I find on top of my whipped cream ?? HAIRRRRRRR!!!!!!! Like thats disgusting and they should start wearing hair nets. Never again would I eat or drink something from here

50/50 when coming here. They havent quite learned what half the amount of cream is.. Venti iced coffee still looks like milk when I order half the cream. Should probably stick to ordering it without.
