I stopped in to Rio on a friends recommendation. I wasnt let down. The great coffee, the great deli menu, and the comfortable chairs I spent a couple of hours in while watching the olympics. I almost forgot I wasnt home except for the constant drive-thru traffic.

I have tried to use the "drive up window 5 times" Can you hear the winds blow. They had no idea that I was even there. Kind of like being a middle class american with a repulican in charge. ( They did not even know I exsisted)

I am at Rio with my wife and son every weekend. Service is always excellent. Best coffee in town. Happy to take custom food orders. Every employee I have ever interacted with there is polite, friendly and helpful.

Even though I love Michaels analogy I have to disagree. I love Rio, I have never used the drive up window since my legs work, but the service inside was fantastic. They are very pleasant, and the food was great!
