My first review is below this... since we have been going there we never get a refill on your drink we never get bread offered to us and if we do we never get asked if we would like more. The last time I went there my risotto was so crunchy and when I asked them if they could please fix it she threw it in the microwave make the lobster and the shrimp chewy and it was still undercooked. We go there 2 to 3 times a week and now I highly doubt well be returning. The only way that weve ever had thats ever been any good as a man named Justin. Its sad because I love this place but the service is terrible and the food never comes out the same as you had before. Sometimes the risotto would be so spicy you cant eat it and the next time it might be great and then the 3rd or 4th time it might be crunchy. Also I had lasagna once I asked the girl to please box it up because I had only taken three bites ... she returned and apologized because she had accidentally thrown it away. She offered me a free dessert but I didnt want a dessert I would have liked to have my meal to eat because I paid $15 for it. But that was out of the question apparently. Then they changed the menu you do not get vegetables with your pork chops anymore or you can get them but you cant get mashed potatoes. Who wants to dinner with one side? I would like to have a vegetable and a potato with my $30 meal. Come on people get it together this used to be a great place and it just opened! The best place to eat! We go there, everything is fabulous! However they changed their menu and you no longer get 3 courses. Its now potato OR vegetable... which is ridiculous... but their risotto is amazing!

Sat at the bar for drinks and dinner, as we have done numerous times before at the Newport location. First off, took quite a bit of time to get the bartender to take our drink order.... and they were not that busy.... And they had our "bill" in a glass in front of us prior to us seeing our drinks... Ordered Spinach and Artichoke dip for an appetizer. And they had our "bill" in a glass in front of us prior to us seeing our appetizer... They tried to serve us the appetizer for the couple next to us... finally got ours. One of our favorite things at Brios. Ordered a Brio salad split, for us to share...... And they had our "bill" in a glass in front of us prior to us seeing our salad... 10-15 minutes later, we asked where it was. It looked at that time that the bartender finally entered it into the system. It came out 5 minutes later on one plate, not split. Told them to take it back and split it, which they did. We then ordered an entree (pasta pesto) to split...... It came out as ordered in a reasonable time. It was delicious! Then when we were done with dinner, ordered coffee for both of us, and a piece of cheesecake to split.... And they had our "bill" in a glass in front of us prior to us seeing our coffee and cheesecake... Coffee was served quickly..... after finishing our coffee (10-15 minutes later), told the bartender to cancel our cheesecake, as it was taking too long. Overall, a very poor dining experience, and we will not be going back to this location. Oh.... and they did not have a lobby full of people waiting for tables, so it was not that busy for a Saturday night.

The biggest reason for this low rating is mostly because I do not like this type of food. If you have never been here before I strongly suggest you look at the menu online before you go. If you have already been here, then you already know whether you like it or not. Many things on the menu I could not even pronounce and most of the ingredients that are used in all dishes I had no idea what they were. I got the grilled pork chop with roasted vegetables. This was the closest thing I could find that I would consider Normal Man food. Other than the pork chop being very salty everything was very good. The restaurant itself was kind of interesting. They had three areas of seating. There was inside, outside and an area in between that was covered and had heaters on the wall but was still kind of open-air. We were sitting in the open air area. The service was very slow, refill on drinks was very slow and it took a long time for the food to come out. If youre in a hurry I would not suggest going here. Kara was our waitress and she was very polite, friendly and helpful and I have no idea how many other table she may have been waiting on inside but she was rarely seen. So for me personally I dont think I will be going back again. I hope this helps and good luck.

We made reservations here. We patiently waited 40 minutes after they said it would take 15 minutes. We were seated directly across the hostess stand 5 feet away by the pizza bar in clear sight. I went up to the stand after waiting a half an hour to check on the status of our table which wasnt ready. So we sat and waited another 15 minutes to see a family seated that arrived 20 minutes after we had arrived. I asked the Hostess which Ive dealt with the whole night why they were seated before us. She replied " We called your name twice and called your phone" very rudely. I said youve seen us waiting her for 40 minutes why didnt you just come and get us like the other family you seated. They basically said sorry we gave your table away and youll have to wait again. We left and will not be back ever again.

Hostess seemed annoyed at having to show us to our table. Once there we had to wait for 5 minutes before someone showed up; it was the bread boy. Finally the server showed up. She was clearly in a hurry as she kept looking over her shoulder at other tables and over our heads at the kitchen. This was pretty much the theme of her service: absent and distracted. No one came to clear our app or salad dishes until we were nearly finished with dinner. Food was tolerable at best: calamari was over battered, everything was over salted, fish was over cooked, salad was over dressed. First and last visit. Over priced for terrible service and even worse food. Well save our money and go to Olive Garden next time.

The first and last time I went here the manager brought us a free appetizers since it was our first time. The app was terrible, no one took more than one bite. The food was average at best. When I got my bill they charged me for the "free" app. I asked the waitresses about it and she argued that it was deducted from the finial bill. I can do math, and it wasnt deducted. I told her this and she gave me a huge attitude. The host acted like she was too good to be there when we arrived as well. When I walked in I heard a lady leaving saying "that was a waste of money" I guess I had a warning, let this be yours!
