We walked in and no one was waiting..had a whole section of tables available And told us they didnt have server in that area...asked about 2 other open booths against the wall where other patrons were on both sides..she said it would be 20minutes...so we went and sat for 5 minutes while the hostess lady asked one of the cooks how to sit people in the section...in 5 minutes she is us ...the waitress was good i cant complain about her..but the lady running the front of the house was clueless....1 hour later still no dinners! The waitress was very nice and i felt bad for her. This restaurant has horrible management and i never. Complain about things like this..but my family and i had plans to go to the movies and i was mad! To top it off we told the waitress we would pay for the drinks we got and left, that same hostess on the way out said thank u and sorry for that wait, i said we waited 1 hour for the food and never even got it...she said nothing. .will never go back there again, they are in need of new management badly!

Service is slow, even when the place isnt busy. They never seem to have enough servers working, even after introducing the tableside tablets. Burgers and fries sit for 5+ minutes waiting for the server to bring them out, and by the time they get to you, theyre just somewhat warm and the burger patty and fries have gotten dry. If a manager/quality control person happens to notice your food has been sitting there a while theyll remake it, though that makes it take longer. Strangely my experience at both this location and the North Olmsted one have been similar; they must be owned/managed by the same group, because in my experience the Columbus location at Polaris has always been delicious. On the plus side, their burgers are tasty, and if you sign up for their rewards program you get a free burger the month of your birthday, every 10th entree/burger free, and other deals a few times each month. They also have a gluten free menu and take at least reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination.

Over all Red Robin is pretty good but the service sometimes is delayed and if you have two kids like us the miniature computers on the table are a nice idea but my second kid dont want to hear that there is one per table without world War 3 happening. Unfortunately, with a few smart comments from me we were able to steal a second unit for my other kid to keep the peace. I knew it was going to be another $1.99 and felt as if saying this to me would detour us from wanting the game but when that did not work the comment that I would need to pay the other tables bill if someone sat there where we took the game from wasnt funny if it was meant to be. I will be back but sometimes it is a hassle to eat here which is sad because we like the food.

Ok only 2nd time I are there. I dont go out much to eat . I can make it better myself and less expensive, but you asked. It was too cold inside,so opted to eat outside. The glass with water had a big in it, but that was ok since we were outside..the 2nd glass had something sticky on the outside. The knife was dirty....was replaced. A lot of the offering were too spicy hot. My friends Berger was over cooked, dry. She asked for fries without salt. They were salted. 2 other parties were served before we were & They. arrived after we did. Took a very long time to have our Check!! Then quite a long time to pick it up. Bill came to almost 20$. Left 5$ tip anyway. Heres my 2 cents worth .

On 8/8/17 I placed an online order for pickup and received an e-mail to arrive at 12:03pm. Walking through the door at 12:03, I was then made to stand, waiting for 35 minutes for a burger and fries that had been sitting behind the hostess the whole time. It was cold and inedible. No offer to replace or refund was made, so I threw it out and left. I love Red Robin and will continue to be a patron (especially the North Olmsted location!), but I hope the Independence location goes back to the old system of picking up online orders at the bar. The service is friendly, efficient, and the food arrives hot! Placing an unstaffed, rolling tool chest marked "PICK UP" next to the hostess podium doesnt work.

The restaurant was not busy when we arrived or at any time during our meal. It was quick to be seated, but service was barely adequate and food has really changed for the worse since my family last dined here. Portions are much, much smaller. My $14 burger was greasy, undercooked and basically a bacon cheeseburger on a ciabata bun. I get better at Applebees and quite frankly, Wendys. The endless fries should be renamed "how many times can you get your waitress attention to ask for ten more fries". Red Robin has to do a lot better to get any more of my hard earned cash.

Theyre changing since weve originally went, but their menu is staying about the same. I like to get the Whiskey River BBQ Burger or Chicken sandwich with garlic fries and campfire sauce. Sometimes Ill get one of the bottomless root-beer floats, its good. Its "comfort food", salty, sweet, savory. It doesnt mean there arent healthy options but lets be honest, its a burger place. Your gonna get a burger... Unless you cant eat that, than they have wraps and some seafood.

Service was OK but the food sucked and its way over priced!!! Burgers are bland and small to be charged $13 bucks a plate. They supposedly came with endless fries but I got a small handful (maybe 15 fries) so I asked for a refill and they literally brought me a big basket with 8 fries in it! My family of 4 left with a bill of $78 for meiocure burgers and fries with 1 small appetizers that looked like it should have been my side dish to my meal. Never going back!

Been here many times, some to eat, some to drink. The bathrooms at this location are never clean or well maintained. The service is average. Once in a while you get a great server. It may not be their fault entirely, the kitchen may be part to blame. The tables and booths tend to have a layer of sticky or they are still wet from being wiped off before you arrived - this is true during busy and slow times. The food is consistent across the chain.

We got there at 6:30, waited 45 minutes to get seated which is normal. Then another 25 minutes before we got our waitress attention to get us some menus. Finally we got our first set of small portion of fries at 8:20. Our waitress was serving more than five tables at a time so i dont blame her. I believe they need better management, and customer service for their high priced menu items (burger average price of 12$).

Red Robin is my go to chain burger restaurant. Can never go wrong with the Western Burger. This location is my go to, it is well kept. Always busy but never so busy to cause a long wait. Waitresses are friendly and attentive. The kitchen staff are consistent and the food always comes out hot.
