This was by far, I would say the second worst the second worst TA truck stop truck stop I have ever been to. The whole inside of the truck stop smells like the truckers mens restroom. And if you are a truck driver you know exactly what I mean. I have to give credit to the staff though, especially that super hot man Justin, they made everyone feel welcome, until you got into the Country Pride restaurant. The wait staff could care less whether you were there or not. The breakfast bar was absolutely horrendous. Everything was just so bland, nothing had any flavor to it except for the bacon, and the bacon tasted like it had been fried in 6 six-month-old grease. All of it was absolutely horrible. As much as I didnt want to, I choked down the powdered scrambled eggs, the very bland and unappealing hash browns, but I just could not bring myself to even attempt to salvage what they pretended to call grits. I thought about pancakes but after seeing, what I assume were blueberries in the pancakes, I decided to cut my losses and go down the road to McDonalds, although I really am NOT a big fast food fan. Everybody has their opinion about everything, and mine is no different. Just because I had a bad experience, does not mean that you will have a bad experience. If i could i wouldnt give any stars for cashier service. They didnt have signs on the hot dogs so like every other TA i assumed hot dogs were 2 for $3. When i went up to check out i have 2 hotdogs a bag of chips and a drink. The woman who was cashing people out had a horrible attitude. She told us that the hotdogs were 2 for $3 but not the "Bahama Mama" hot dogs and apparently that was what i got. I proceeded to tell her that i didnt want them then. She then stuck on finger on the side and scooted them with a nasty look on her face (like there was some type of disease on them) over to the side and said "then have a nice day" like i didnt have more product that i wanted to buy (ie the chips and drink). All in all, the store itself was decently clean but the service was horrible.

Cashiers are friendly, but the entire building is under construction and the resturant is closed. A Bob Evans will eventualy take its place. Lets see work 70 hours and stop here for 34 hour break Popeyes, Sabarro or Bob Evans hmmm , if i wanted garbage i would just go to Flying J and Dennys. I guess if was ever trapped on a Grey Hound buss and stopped here it would be just as dreadfull. Considering the store looks like its full of garbage to sell to the 4 wheeler roobs and bus passengers and not much of a trucker store. It reminds me of a low budget Stuckys knock off, if thats possible. Nut roll anyone? But then again it is just outside Columbus Ohio, see my review on London , Ohio TA and prepair to laugh and laugh...

What a fantastic place to stop. If you have pets or kids, or just wanna go shoot some hoops, throw some bean bags or horeshoes. They have it. If you want to have a little picnic under a covered picnic table they have it. The shop is amazing as well. Very clean, eager to work. Very refreshing. Church service as well. Store is very nice. Please if you like what they have please help maintain it, keeping it ckean. Pick up after your pets. Thank you TA for having these items as mentioned and more for us Drivers. The meth addict cashier was the highlight of my whole holiday work weekend! Hilarious; Im being serious. What a gem :-) ..open sores everywhere, shaking, literal skin n bone, bad tattooes, twitchy yet slow, soft spoken but wont stop talking, the whole tweaker package..plus, she had me go do something, after which "then Ill fix you right up." <3 <3 fun times in Cleveland, er Columbus. Although, I bet working at a truck stop she nets tons of side jobs.

Theyre Lottery machines for the tickets and half I could even play my tickets there were rude customer service people up front when you ask about the tickets they told you to play them anyway how are you supposed to play them anyway. Half of the ticket was missing the management was very uncooperative and helping me or even giving me my money back

Waited inside the bay for an oil change for over an hour, hood open and no one working on either of the two trucks that were in the bay. Meanwhile the mechanics are having a pow wow at the counter just laughing it up and joking. I will be hesitant to come back to Hebron i do not think they appreciate our time or the money we spend here.

Friendly staff with clean, hot showers and ample parking. Bob Evans is pretty good. Popeyes chicken and Sbarra pizza if you are in a hurry. I 80 truck wash next door with a little chrome shop as well. CB shop across 70 behind Pilot if needed. We pick up and deliver in this area often and this is our go to truck stop for this area

Food bad, maybe chiefs night off but really bad food, coffee you could tell they havent cleaned out the makers in awhile. Wife got spaghetti and meat balls yuk totally nuked no taste , I got chopped steak eggs hash browns potatoes where dry really dry chopped steak okay frozen but still ok Um thats it besides nasty coffee. ....

Stopped by in early December 2016. My wife and I had the best omelets (Farmers Omelet) hash browns and sourdough toast breakfast weve ever had. They were remodeling starting Christmas so we hope they are finished and back in business. They made us feel very welcome and service was great as well.

Way to go TA Hebron Oh. Close down the Country Pride and put in a Bob Evans that cant even open on time because the employees dont bother to show up for work. Guess its time to start going to the Flying J..... at least its a 24 hr truck stop, you know the kind truck drivers NEED.

If you get here late, dont expect to get into your paid VIP space, no security so everyone parks any old way. Showers are nice & clean, parking lot smells like urine from pig drivers. No privacy in womens bathroom stalls wife open gaps on doors, otherwise nice & clean

This so called "Travel Center" doesnt even have a baby changing table. They should put up a sign saying, "Truckers Only Welcome," because they obviously do not welcome families here. Go to the Pilot down the road. They DO have changing tables in EVERY bathroom.

They finally took out the crappy country pride and put in a Bob Evans. It is only open from 0600 to 2300 but the food is always top notch at any of there restaurants this will be sure to stop at now. Also very clean and very attentive staff.
