About the worst service I received. My order came out wrong, which did not upset me. I waited for my waitress to check on our food, while I waited I finished off the appetizers and ate all my chips and salsa, my fiance finished his large order of wings before we saw our waitress again! She asked if I wanted a box, and I told her it was wrong. She asked me what do you want me to do about it, get you a new one. At this point I was full and mad. I said no. Ill box this and feed it to my dog. She came back with one box and said she was going to ask the manager to come up but she was having trouble finding her. 5 minutes later the waitress came out and said her manager told her to remove my meal,really you have an unhappy customer and your manager doesnt come out!!!! The waitress then gives us the check and takes my for away. I guess if I wasnt paying for it I dont get to give it to my dog. They rather throw it in the trash. Here I am 6 days later still upset,but mostly that a manager cared so little about if customers were happy. The place was not busy.

Normally I am a huge fan of Buffalo wild wings. Decent food, decent beer, reasonable prices. Not anymore. This location has let me down. Understaffed during the world series, with Cleveland playing, my waitress was very unpleasant and made it quite obvious she did not want to be here and I never heard an apology for the excessive wait for her to take my drink order/food order. To top it off I found a nice plastic chip bag clip in my chips. It looks just like a chip too, same color. Luckily I spotter and pulled it out. When I brought it to her attention, she says "nice" and takes it and walks away. Never heard a sorry about that. Never saw a manager. I will definitely not be returning and its doubtful that I will go to a new again as this is the second time in the past 12 months that I have found a foreign object in my chips. Last time was at a different location.

My boyfriend and I come here a lot because it is open late. We always get crappy service. the food is alright, they just need to teach their staff to be more attentive and better at their job. The other night we went there, our server was the bartender, his name was Josh. He was very nice and attentive. i was very impressed. something happened when we ordered our appetizer, though. my boyfriend mentioned it and they apologized and took it off of our bill and still served it to us. it was the jalapeno poppers. which those were VERY good. anyways, the way Josh and the manager handled it was very professional and i was impressed.

Came in for a late lunch. Tables couldve been cleaner. Waitress made a solid recommendation (spinach & artichoke dip with pita chips, warm & yummy). Hallway to bathrooms was long & not very bright. Food was good. The #1 thing this restaurant needs is a couple of fly zappers! Kept being pestered by a fly at our table. Overall, a decent choice every once in a while.

Much improved since the last time I was here. Food, drinks and service was excellent. Took a little too long getting the food to the table but thats to be expected hungry people expect food now. They did apologize for it. The food was so good. Thanks for dealing with my rowdy kids and bringing them tablets. I was going to vote 4 stars but you just earned five.

Food has gotten really bad. Its time to get better with so many similar competitors in Heath and Newark. The wrap Ive ordered a few times recently had a stale, hard tortilla and filling was almost inedible. Service has also gotten very slow. Disappointing for what used to be the better wing/bar food restaurant in the area.

This place is so up and down its not funny. Service is either slowish or stupid slow. Apps never cone out as appetizers, always with meal. If it wasnt for the kids tablets they give you we would never return. Prices seem high for what you get.

The worst service. Have been here 3 times and do not even get acknowledged, let alone served. If u wanr served, sit at the bar or throw the trash on your table on the floor. I own a business and would fire the management.

Food is always good but the service is horrible. It took 45 minutes to get our food...and we were one of 6 tables in the whole restaurant. Save yourself the wait and go to Roosters. Itll be cheaper too
