I have never found a better, impressionable Starbucks anywhere (that does include multiple locations in seven different states). More than anything I just wanted to give all of the employees at your location the credit that they earned every time I came in for my coffee and deserve to know that they had that kind of impact on customer. Keep doing what youre doing. It obviously works. MOST IMPORTANTLY, thank you all for a great cup of coffee every single visit.

I went there this morning for an iced coffee. I told the person through the drive through 3 times what I wanted and what I received is not at all what I asked for. This seems to only happen at this location. Really disappointing since now I am at work with a $5 coffee that I cant even drink since it is nasty. I will do my best to avoid this location at all cost.

My favorite Starbucks ever!! Not only is everyone there awesome, they make my drink perfect and better than any Starbucks around. Everyone here deserves a raise, LOL! But really though. Every time I stop in cartersville I have to stop here. We love it and the people.

MY favorite Starbucks. Im a very picky creature of habit and most of the people here have learned my tea and get it perfect 80% of the time. When its not, its close enough that iv only asked for a fixer three times in as many years of coming here. Thanks guys.

Not great coffee and somehow everytime we go we get charged a different price for the exact same drink. We do not come here anymore we go to Southern Muggs. Fresher coffee and must better flavor.
