The workers are extremely unprofessional! I asked for soy milk since I am allergic to milk. The workers asked me if I wanted whip cream and I said no. Once I recieved my drink, it was covered in whip cream. I asked them if they could remake the drink while I explained that Im allergic to milk and can not have whip cream. They offered to scrape the whip cream off. They charged me for another drink and made the drink in the same container that was labeled dairy! The workers were rude, and I am extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this Starbucks! I will not be coming back! I am not impressed!

If closing time is at 8 pm I dont expect to be told youre closed when we walk up at 7:54. Do you close at 8 or 7:53?
