Well this is BS i got all dressed up sunday night and these morons were closed, despite their internet ads AND phone lines saying theyre supposed to be open. The restaurant next door said they OFTEN close whenever they feel like, if they think its slow. Thats a terrible business practice. Now im stuck going to some dive bar karaoke tonight bc im already dressed up! *edit* I almost tried again today, wednesday and im glad I didnt. Instead i called the neighboring restaurant to ask if the voice karaoke was open. He said no, and that they only open thursday, friday and saturday. Thursdays im busy and i do not want to deal with the weekend crowds so i guess ill never try this place afterall. Too bad they dont post their actual hours. I hope this helps others.

Was excited to try this place out. Got there had to pay $10 per person to get in but you did get to rail drink with it. Where it went downhill, the machine you you request songs people can bump their own songs to the top or delete. When we first arrived we put a song in with 10 songs ahead. Over an hour later I went to look at the list and I was 15 songs behind. Two dudes come over and bump their songs while Im standing there. The lady behind the bar wa informed and just said "Im sorry". More irratated I brought family and friends here to end up waiting over an hour and a half and forcing them to pay $10 each for service. If there wasnt a cost, we prob would have got a drink and left after realizing the bs.

Theres an option to skip your song first, people do that so youll lucky to be able to sing one song. Theres a $10 cover that comes with 2 drinks, but their drinks are super watered down so beers your best bet. The owners are kind of rude to customers. The interface to choose songs is not in English but the bartender helps you navigate. Song selection is only okay. If you have your heart set on karoke I would go somewhere else. One of the worst karaoke experiences Ive had. $10 cover charge (includes two drinks) but this must be the only way they stay in business. Very rude and unfriendly staff. Limited drink selection. Karaoke machine is mostly in Chinese and difficult to use. Staff tried to help navigate but it still was very difficult. There is an option to bump your song to the top of the list so lots of people take advantage of that. Would never come here again.

Im debating on having my 40 again birthday party here, Help! The a atmosphere was nice, clean and intimate enough however they should have a friendlier disposition otherwise they are going to be or of business.
