Went to a comedian show tonight (July 7th), two out of the four comedians decided 9/11 was a completely appropriate topic to make jokes about. Aparently the world Trade Center was full of investment bankers who all deserved to die. Wonderful to hear that its a deserved fate and not a life changing event, let alone one of the defining moments in my and many other Soldiers lives which galvanized a generation and motivated some of the best red blooded Americans I know to fight and die to prevent such a tragity happening again. Thanks Spacebar for making this happen. Cant wait for the next show, maybe itll cover the kkk, pearl harbor, or police brutality in a positive light. Cheers.

When this place became Spacebar they made a number of changes to the layout of the space that were overdue. Now the whole space flows a lot easier from the one big/performance/stage area and the separate bar area. No longer do you have to move in a giant "S" to get from one end of the place to the other. Good local beers of draft and a stage area that is a lot more pleasurable to listen to music.

The Venue quite frankly sucks the staff is absolutely as unprofessional as a staff of a bar could possibly be. Also the sound man is horrible he doesnt know how to soundcheck a full band. And with that they will crumble to the ground.

Great live music venue with nice selection of micros. Im an old guy and dont remember what this place used to be (i.e. not this nice) but wow its changed and I was thoroughly impressed. See a show.

Comparable drink prices, solid draft list. Be prepared to pay a cover (for live music) almost any day you go. Friendly staff!
