If I could rate this place a zero star I definitely would! People please DO NOT come here to eat ice cream! The owner and staffs here are extremely mean to their customers! Not only their ice cream is expensive, but they NEVER and DONT allow their own customers to use their restroom at all! Its been like that for years now! They always say their bathroom is "out of order" to their customers! They always send their customers who need to use the bathroom over to the Derma Nails Spa salon right next to their store! The owner of this ice cream place is EXTREMELY mean and selfish and does not want to waste water, soap, toilet paper, electricity, etc. in her bathroom! Therefore she DOESNT allow any of her customer to use her restroom inside the store at all! So if you happen to go in there and pay to eat her ice cream but need to wash your hand or pee or poop then make sure you do it at home or somewhere else before coming to her store!

I highly reccomend this particular Coldstone! It is better than some of the others. The Owners, Manager, & Employees are always welcoming, kind, & courteous. They know me by name since Im a regular. They know just how I like my Sweet Cream in a Waffle Cone with the mix-ins done just right. They are quick & thorough. The ice cream is fresh, rich, & creamy. The toppings are of the highest quality. I can tell they made the cone fresh. You cant get ice cream any better! Though I have my favorites, they always offer me samples of any flavor & any new flavors. Im always interested to hear the latest specials. Some times I try them, but I usually stick with my favorites. Most importantly, I can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. I hear them treating the customers in front of me as well as they treat me. The employees there really love being part of the whole experience. Dont miss out on the best ice cream you can find!

Our service was mediocre. Both guys working the counter were difficult to understand. However, the real problem was that our SUV was broken into while we were eating! It was parked just outside the door. The parking lot is VERY dark. The neon lights for the Creamery were off. Someone smashed my window, stole my sons ipad and my purse hidden under a coat (our fault for leaving it in the car). When we returned to the restaurant with our scared and crying children, the employees only response was "we dont have security cameras." No offer to use a phone or anything. This is inside Columbus city limits, and frankly, the police have bigger problems to address. Its outside of the security of the Polaris Mall across the street. I sent an email to the Cold Stone corporate office yesterday, and have yet to be addressed. Be careful, the broken glass from my window is still probably littered across the parking lot.

A group of family members and I decided to redeem our coupons for a free kiddie ice cream, value $2.50, that we received from a Blue Jackets ticket package. We had eight of these coupons. Before even handing the manager one of coupons to show her, she said that these are expired which they were not. We were then informed the manager could only redeem so many per hour. If the manager did redeem more than allowed, the manager would get in trouble because a policy change was made for these coupons. Apparently the Blue Jackets were not paying Cold Stone back for coupons redeemed. How does this affect me the customer? This is an issue between the Blue Jackets and Cold Stone. Also, If we paid for an upgrade (larger size/addons/etc.) for the ice cream, then we could redeem all of the coupons. No indication of this was listed on the coupon. Not a pleasant experience at all.

We had Blue Jackets tickets that were good for a kiddie sized ice cream cup, a $2.50 value. We had eight of these coupons. The manager, at first tried to argue that the coupons were expired, she had to be shown the expiration date which quite clearly showed them as still valid. She then tried to say she couldnt accept them. When we objected she then said that we had to buy something additional with each coupon. The coupon said nothing of the sort. So then she tried to do us a "favor" by accepting them, with additional items, by processing each coupon once an hour. She continued to protest citing new company policy, which she could not present to us. When we asked for the company policy the manager, Sophia, began to raise her voice saying "its not my fault, they changed the policy." This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This place is always busy. The location is a little away from the mall but that is good because you can park right in front. The owner/manager is very nice and friendly; she has a good memory for customers and what they like. The quality of the ice cream is always excellent and we love the variety of flavors available. We spend too much because the staff are friendly and helpful which makes it easy to order more.

This Coldstone is spacious unlike others I have been too. My favorite flavor is the cake batter. It really does taste like funfetti cake mix. I like to change up the toppings but I almost always get brownies as a mix in. Cupcakes and cakes are great for a special occasion. They also have pre made pints for your conivence. You can tell this Cold stone is run by quality people who care about there customers.

there were 4 people working when i went, i ordered 4 things, they were literally confused and took so long for processing, also had costco gift card, they said never saw the costco gift card. As always ice cream is really good, i been to lot of locations but didnt get the experience of this location before.

This place is my favorite ice cream. The staff, manager and owner are AMAZING. I have always had a fantastic and friendly experience. I cant say enough about how awesome the staff is and the ice cream and cake are the best!!!!

In my opinion this particular cold stone does not give the standard amount of candies it seems like they dont compare to other cold stones and theyre more expensive than any other cold stone that Ive ever been to

delicious ice cream but the staff lack the experience which I cant blame them but when you ask for extra chocolate or caramel they charge you dollar which is ok but they add a drop of it which is not ok.

Bad customer service ..!! They are measuring the ice cream in cup and then mixing it ..which doesnt make any sense ..!!! Nothing wrong in adding a small spoon of ice cream !!!
