My family came here for a birthday dinner and ordered a Peking duck, but were served with a plate of duck skin with lots of hairs and some ridiculous lies. I will never come back again and I would recommend the same for your health. While we ordered the food, the manager and the waitress persuaded us to order a full size pecking duck or roasted duck which is about $35. There were both half size and full size available, and we didn’t feel it’s necessary to order the full size because we still want to try other entrees. However, the manager and the waitress kept talking and talking. My family didn’t want to make it a bad night for a birthday dinner and finally compromised and ordered the full size pecking duck along with a few other things. The waitress promised that she would start serving us food in 3-5 minutes but only came back after more than 30 minutes. She brought a plate of duck skin with LOTS OF long hair on it. It’s even difficult to find a piece without hair. I asked her how comes there’s so much hair and where is the meat? We ordered duck or duck skin! She said “this is what you ordered. Our Pecking duck is like this. The duck is skinny”. Then I stopped their manager and told him this is so gross and not hygienic. How can my family eat the duck skin with hairs? He said he would figure out what’s happening. Then after that, the manager tried to avoid making eye contact with us until we waited for another 30 minutes and stopped him again. He told us this was not their fault because the duck they bought has hairs on it. My father said “then it is the problem of the person who raised the duck – he raised the duck with hairs”. The manager said “that’s right” and immediately turned away and ignored us from then on. At this point, we still had three other entrees and we might be able to ignore the hairy duck and finish the dinner. But the waitress might suddenly realize our upset could hurt her tips and came back with a full plate of duck meat and then stopped by again and again with different ridiculous “excuses”. First, she, who is the person once saying “our duck is like this”, told us it is healthier to eat duck with hairs, because it means that the duck meat was processed naturally. Then she came back every 5 minutes with a different excuse, such as “American don’t minding eating duck with hair”, “nobody complained the hairs on the duck before”, “she is only working here less than a year, so she doesn’t know the entrees well”, etc. Our family couldn’t have conversations among ourselves at all and we didn’t want to talk to the waitress any more. We ended up packing all unfinished food other than the duck and left very disappointedly.

Easily the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Cleveland (a friend who is Cantonese and a coworker who emigrated from Hong Kong both agree with this assessment), and comparable to some of the best restaurants in San Franciscos Chinatown. While all of the food is good, the main reason to come here is for the dim sum on the weekend (served on the traditional push carts, no less!). Be prepared to arrive early and wait in line. Also be prepared to do a lot of pointing (unless you speak Cantonese), as most of the staff do not speak much English. Vegetarians beware: most dishes are either pork or shrimp based.

Large Chinese dim sum restaurant that is great for large groups. The Chinese food is recommendable here over most others in the area and youll be sure to enjoy your time with your company here. The waitstaff push carts bearing delicious Chinese dishes and you are to tell the waiter or waitress which dish youd like. Order to share, and put everything on the Lazy Susan spinning in the center of your table to pass the bounty expeditiously. Everything on the menu is worth a try, especially the dish comprised of soft tofu and a sweet syrup - ask your waiter and he or she will know which dish youre referring to.

If you have allergies dont go here. The food was cold, we didnt get any drinks until after we were offered food they asked for a bigger tip ( required 18% apparently but we were never told ) no menues offered only dim sum . So overall the experience was bad with the food and the restaurant. We did go for Lunar New Year celebration and the lion dance so it was dim sum but that was not what I wanted because I have an allergy to certain fish but they didnt give us one menu until almost the end of our stay and no one could help me even when I went to the counter.

Went for dim sum, wasnt disappointed. Most places say they have dim sum, but only offer a couple of basic options. Theyve got a good variety, maybe 20 items? The dishes are between $1.25-$8 each. They have a cart that goes around at some times that you can things pick from. We were told it stopped at 3pm, but you can still order the items directly from the kitchen. Everything was great. We had shrimp dumpling, tofu skin rolls, roast duck, fried eggplant, tripe, and pork gyoza.

If you like authentic Chinese food, this is the place for you. The food was very fresh and it tastes that way. The atmosphere nice, family friendly but no child menu and youll be hard pressed to find something for your child to eat. They play this terrible smooth jazz elevator music. If you are only about the food, then I recommend this place because youll find things on their menu that are not at regular Chinese places.

Ordered carry out Sweet and Sour chicken lunch special, first off it was very nice. Stuffed, Filling, Excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Dining room was off the hook. Staff was alright. Some people were like okay, others MADE SURE i was served and helped. I was asked 3 times in a period of 10 minutes. I am going to be a returning customer. Awesome, A+++. Do your self a favor, TRY it. I did and i was NOT disappointed.

Food is not bad, but be aware of some of its staff adding an expensive item you did not take to your bill! Two weeks ago, my wife and I were there and had a brief lunch, of 5-6 small-medium items, did not realise until carrying the slit to cashier to find there was a "kitchen special" we didnt take added without our notice. We didnt argue, its not worthwhile, some 12 bucks, but we will never go there any more.

We have gone a few Sundays for dim sum and its very fun. The place is always busy but they get you in and out as efficiently as possible. The experience is well worth a wait, although I often dont know what we are ordering because a few of the people bringing the dishes around were not really able to give me an English explanation, but we had fun experimenting anyways.

Portion sizes are large. Very reasonable prices. The taste of the food is dependent on the dish ordered. The Singapore style Mai fun and snow peas leaves were tasteful. However, the shrimp wonton soup and the beef and mixed vegetables werent as tasteful. The soup was also served in a broken container that led to it leaking in the take away bag.
