Theyve improved their process and the quality of their food. I suspect theyre under new management, but I dont go there often enough to comment on that. This restaurant is very close to work, but I generally only go there when a group is interested, so its been nearly a year since Ive been in. Theyve replaced the generic signs above the counter with flat screens, tweaked the menu items a little, and reasonably reduced the size of the side of sweet and sour sauce. Instead of a large half full container, its a very full small container. Instead of calling out your order and hoping the right person picks it up, they hand you a number when you place and pay for your order. Chopsticks, other utensils, soy sauce, and napkins are all out for you to pick up yourself. The need to communicate in broken english has been reduced as much as possible, though Im pretty sure they all speak better english than I do. I will make a point of visiting more often...

My experience at Chopstick was absolutely horrendous. Im new to the Cleveland area and wanted to check out local Chinese joints, so I decided to give Chopstick a try. Upon receiving my food at Chopstick (seasame chicken meal), I discovered a cockroach lingering in my food. As if that werent already bad enough, while waiting for my meal to be prepared, I noticed the extreme uncleanliness of the cooks, coupled with a blatant disregard for proper health code procedures, i.e keeping their meats unrefrigerated, and not washing their hands at all between touching different raw/uncooked foods. Needless to say, everyone needs to avoid this place, not only for the general poor quality of the food, but also for the senseless ignorance in how they prepare their food (and the surly countless amounts of critters that will inevitably make their way into your meal).

This restaurant is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I am an employee at UH hospital and came to try this restaurant because I had a taste for Chinese food. The food was sooooo terrible. I ordered the General Tso chicken lunch combo and threw all of it away. The chicken was chewy as if the chicken was previously cooked and when ordered dropped into a pan with sauce and warmed up. I called to let the business know that the food was horrible and he said thanks for letting me. Then I asked for a supervisor and he told me he need to see if they had one. Then he hunged up on me. Would never eat there again

I have ate at this establishment one time prior. On 8/12/2015 during my lunch hour I ordered a lunch special of Orange chicken and white rice. I went home after work and around 7 pm started experiencing severe diarrhea and vomiting symptoms. I was admitted to the emergency due to the severity of the symptoms. I stayed for 5 hours and was diagnosed with food poisoning.BEWARE!! Please do not eat at this restaurant. I am still recovering 3 days later. I have been on a liquid diet. If you choose to this is using your own discretion.

From what I can gather, this restaurant is under new management. The speed and quality of service and food preparation is quite good, even when they are packed during the lunch and dinner hours. Their specials are a great deal and are enough to fill you up on their own. Their fried rice has a unique taste to it that is pretty tasty. Overall Im pretty impressed with this location!

This place use to be good when they first opened up about 13 years ago, The food was bad. The rice was hard and cold and the sesame chicken was cold. They never cooked the food, it came out of a crock pot and they said here you go. Then they have the nerves to have a sign up that says " No Refund " I promise this will be deleted at some point. This place is bad.

The brown sauce not good brocoli is not cooked thru cum on people this was suppose to be my lunch for work pleze do better could have spent my money else where

It was the shrimp fried rice that I have ever had, true enough it was just before closing but does that mean you do less for that customer than those who came earlier. Ask for extra shrimp and ha a total of 10, maybe this is why they dont give refunds. Back to Hunan s. Rather drive farther and get what I ask for

Bad food for an unreasonable price. The food hear is sugar packed, lacks seasoning and general flavor. Most of their food is heavily breaded with a thick sauce to cover up all the bad portions of the meat they serve. A meal will cost just under $10 for something worth not consuming.

Good food, vast amount of choices, super fast preparation(5 min), low prices nowhere can beat, especially for the lunch and dinner specials. Online ordering is also very straightforward if you dont have the menu. Not much room for eat inside though. Totally recommend this place.

Used to be very fresh and good! I had the same dish I always get General Tso chicken today was so over cooked I couldnt even bite in it! It took them 2 min to make it, so Im imagining the precooked it causing to way overcook!

Im not sure what happened to this place, their food used to be acceptable and cheap, but lately its gotten really bad. The last two times I went, their friend rife tasted awful; it was burnt, dry, and poorly seasoned.

This place has very bad chinese food. The food is covered in sauce and I can not even taste my sesame chicken! I could dive in a pool with all of that sauce! I do not like this place and do not want it again!
