They had a sign up saying they needed help from moms part-time so i went to apply and one girl went to the back acting like she was getting a application but im pretty sure they was looking at me in the camera remind you im a black.The girl comes back to the front and says come back tomorrow but i felt like she was just trying to turn me off so the next day i was driving pass to go to another store i wasnt going to go back because the way i felt the day before and saw one of the other ladies taking the sign down like they attracted the wrong type of applicant...for some reason i got a racist vibe, what was the odds of that? They are nice to people theyll take your money but its prohibited for us blacks to work with and for them.They stereotyped me and i would never go there and give them business for the way i was discriminated!

I love this place! My mother bought many trays from their catering service and I used to walk there with my little sister to get frozen yogurt in the summer. Loved the place so much I went to apply for a job and was hired on the spot! I love the family that owns the store and their food/service is excellent. Loved the atmosphere so much I sayed for 5 years. Super clean and super friendly people. Food prices (hot and cold things) are extremely cheap for the quality and service you recieve. Daily specials and salads/soups are homemade and made fresh every morning. Please make a note to stop by and support this family owned business. Best kept secret in St.Bernard. Love you guys! Keep up the great work!

Serving salads and sandwiches for lunch, scherpies is both cheap and delectable. Their sandwiches clock in at around $3.00 for a loaded sandwich (the likes of which you mightve packed in your lunch for school) but with 3-4x more meat than my mom ever put on them. Their salads are fresh and cheap as well. The rest of the store is the equivalent of a farmers market done inside and reasonably priced. Comparing prices recently, Ive found scherpies to be cheaper than Meijer, Kroger, and IGA. So if youre looking for a good lunch, some great produce and reasonable prices give Scherpies a try; you wont be disappointed.

Eat out regularly on my daily routes in Cincinnati and this place is a new favorite for me! Sandwiches that top Jimmy Johns flavor and ingredients! Huge meat portions. My next visit, I will indulge in the self serve salad bar which has the freshest produce and a descent selection of items! Hoping for homemade dressings to top it. The produce cant be passed up either as the prices on their items were cheaper to competitive but quality appears near perfect! Cant say enough but very nice to find this mom/pop operation with matching hospitality.

Never had anything bad from here, sadly they close too early for me to stop here most days. I recommend the ham salad sandwich on toasted bread.
