We made a to go order and picked it up. The food was ready when we got there twenty minutes later which was on point. This restaurant from what I observed is primarily set up for to go orders as they only had one to two tables in the place. The food was okay I had the General Tsos chicken and wife had shrimp fried rice. We also ordered the bean curd soup for two. The ingredients were fresh but the flavor fell short for me. Not enough salt in the soup broth and the General Tsos was strangely overcooked. The meat was very stringy and chewy but not burned on the outside so Im assuming it spent too much time in the deep fryer. This dish also lacked enough sauce. The shrimp fried rice could have used a little more soy sauce as well. I have definitely had better at other places. The folks cooking were working hard in the kitchen but I dont think they taste their food prior to serving it.

Do NOT order from them, I called in a order of shrimp and broccoli to only receive a pint size container of 3 shrimp and little broccoli and NO rice!! For $7.00 when I called and spoke to the owner he was very nasty on the phone and told me to just come back and get the rice, I advised him the food was picked up for me, and I it would be an inconvience for someone to drive all the way back there for some plain white rice...he said well you get nothing and hung up on me!! I will never order from here again..all they care about is making money and has the worst customer service.

This will be my last time going here. I ordered the General Tso Chicken. I wanted white meat and fried extra crispy. When I opened it it was a different kind of chicken with very little sauce. I called and spoke with them and told them it was not good, the chicken was different and it was not sauced well. His response was it was the way I ordered it and that is what happens. Next time order the sauce on the side. I mentioned that I have ordered it like that before and it did not look like that. I can see why their score has gone down.

Overall, satisfactory Chinese food, with short wait time and mediocre service. The Lo Mein was average with surplus oil, but the fried rice was unexpectedly exceptional. However, I found the "Happy Family" combination to be inadequate; the scallops within the combination were like cotton: tasteless and cheap. The pork was like rubber, and the overall mixture of meats were not very appealing... To anyone considering dining with Great China, I suggest that they choose a different entree and a great quantity of rice.

Just placed a delivery order, havent gotten the food yet. The girl who took my order wasnt very friendly and answered 3 other phone calls while on the phone with me, and took their orders before mine. When it was finally my turn I told her what I wanted I couldnt even get out what kind of rice I wanted. Not happy at all with the customer service and from the other reviews, maybe not going to be happy with the food... well see.

I have really been wanting some Chinese and decided to try this place out tonight because it is so close to home. For 7.50 I expect a larger portion. I was very disappointed in the amount of chicken I received. Then the rice didnt even have a good flavor. To top it off the sweet and sour sauce was like water. I should have sucked up the drive and gone to the usual place.

For 10 bucks I expected a decent portion of veggies I got so much sauce, little broccoli and a ton of celery they tend to give more of the less expensive portion. I buy the mixed veggies everywhere and this was the worst

My wife and I live in Summergrove. Not only is Great China convenient it is fast, easy on the pocket book, and tastes great. If you know something you want that is not on the menu they can probably make it.

Absolutely fantastic! Hands down the best Chinese take-out in the Newnan- Sharpsburg area. Fast delivery, friendly customer service, and short wait time. I go at least once or twice.

This is my go to take out Chinese restaurant. Food is consistent and hot. Some items are a little on the oily side but Im the type that doesnt use much in my cooking.
