Ive never seen a Tim Hortons this bad. The worst of the worst and Ill never be back. I was there in the morning once before with our ceo and the experience was horrible. Thinking ok they are just having a bad day I brought him back to this same location the following week at 8am and it was worse than before! The girl who seemed to be in charge was yelling loudly the whole time we were in line. When I asked for a hazelnut coffee, she said and I quote "we aint for hazelnut anything" and was terrible rude while taking the rest of our order. By the time we sat down, she was still yelling and after a while, my boss and I heard her yell, "Damn white folks kill yourselves!" We carried our food out in our bare hands. Ive never seen a Tim Hortons so unprofessional and unpleasant. I will forget that location exists and will tell my colleagues to do the same.

I live down the street from this Tim Hortons, But I rarely go there. The young girl that waited on me was rude to me right off the bat. I went in to place my order and Lena was not helpfulat all when I asking about their drinks she was just snappy, rude and I think the worst customer service. I can see her employees being busy and in a hurry to get your order but I was the only one in the store. I left without ordering she was horrible and very upset. I am glad I am not the manager of that Store.. Thanks Lena ,,,, I know we all have a bad day... But please dont ruin others because you dont know how to treat the public and customers. I own a business and if my employee would treat my customers the way you treated me, She wouldnt be working for me. Undercover boss would love you.

We love Tim Hortons and actually drive by this one to go the one on route 256 instead. The thing that pushed us away for good was this locations perpetually broken panini machine. It would be my guess that its "broken" whenever an employee doesnt feel like making a panini. Toward the end of our patronage it was broken about every other visit. It was broken, then fixed, then broken, then fixed, then broken... Initially Id joke with them sympathetically until I realized I was being a fool. If you want a bakery item, go down the road for that as well. Youll have a lot better chance of finding the popular items you want at another Tim Hortons (and there are another two within 2 miles), and slower moving items will be a lot fresher at the other locations too!

I came in Monday no one was there no sign indicating why not there. Today ordered drive thru like always. Ordered medium choc. mint capp and a English muffin with sausage and cheese. Capp was OK not terrible but by far not the best. The English muffin was not toasted or anything came fresh out of the bag it was awful sausage was barely cooked. Worst experience I had in a log time. Would love to talk to manager. This location until lately had improved and everyone is much friendly but it is clear some things still need tweaked. I am regular at least once sometimes twice during the week. Nance

This is probably one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in the city. The staff are unaccommodating and have argued with me everytime I redeem a promotion. They were routinely "out of" certain foods and there have been flies on the donuts everytime Ive gone inside. I now intentionally avoid this location at all costs.

We were at the drive-thru at 5:00pm, there where no cars in front of us or behind us. The place was dead, yet we still had to wait. When we tried to place our order (after 10 minutes) the guy yelled at us and told us to "PLEASE WAIT!" I just dont see the point of his tone of voice or the wait.

Worst service imaginable in the mornings. Ask for french vanilla ice coffee they give you black coffee, ask to get it fixed the guy in the morning get upset. They wont sell me Timbits of that type if it isnt ready yet are give me a time when they will be ready they just say we cant help you.

Awful place! They are rude slow and never get your order right! I will drive right past this Tim Hortons to go to a different one even though its literally a minute from my house. I wish this location would shut down but then all the awful employees would be spread to other locations.

Didnt like anything about the service staff was rude signs still up for products that were not available, breakfast wrap was sloppy and missing hash browns.... Only gave star for one young man who was either new or just intimidated by the coworkers he was nice but very nervous

The worst. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich...no egg. Cold muffin, sausage and cheese, Nothing even warm, muffin and cheese refrigerator cold, sausage may have been room temperature but the cheese had not begun to melt. Will never return.

Always mess my order up. Rude service. Always flies and disgusting stuff on the donuts and just flying around food. And when they mess it up, they dont even apologize or anything. I have no idea who the manager is but they must not know what theyre doing.

I like to get coffee everday and it seems like to me that this location likes to take its time to open. In the past month it has been "opening late" at least three or four times! Very disappointed but unfortunately there donuts are too good :/

The french vanilla cappuccino at this location is horrible... Unlike other tim hortons, where it is thick, rich, & creamy... This stores f.v.c. tastes like they cleaned out there machine, then forgot to add the powder mix...

The web site says 24 hour store.. I arrive at 5:56... they say sorry we are closed.. then proceed to tell me they open at 6am. . Really you couldnt have taken an order a few mi. Early? .. nice customer service..

They serve undercooked food, dont add hot chocolate mix to the hot chocolate (seriously got a cup of steamed milk once), and give you the wrong pastries. They are completely incompetent.

Horrible experience. Everyone who works there is incompetent. They dont know how to make the sandwiches. Honestly they need to rehire different people.
