I went to the drive through about twenty minutes before they were supposed to close and received no response through the speaker. I then went in the front door and was rudely told that they were closed and I was immediately kicked out of the dining room. I was then told that only the drive through was open til 11 even though, as the manager of an extremely small restaurant, there is no way she was unaware of her employees ignoring people in the drive through well before close. I also work in the restaurant industry and I find this ridiculous and unacceptable. Restaurants need to abide by their own closing times, thats why they have them, and I shouldnt be forced to essentially argue to get food from a restaurant that is still open. This KFC will no longer be receiving my business.

Do not go to this KFC. Consistently bad service, lazy and indifferent employees, always a long wait in lobby. Seems drive thru has priority. Last visit waited 15 minutes to get waited on, only to find out that they ran out of original recipe breasts. How does a chicken restaurant run out of breasts at 5:30pm, dinner time. I was told it would be another 15 minute wait, which probably means 20-25 minutes. Supervisor had all kinds of excuses. Like this every time I go there. Never going there again. Worst KFC ever.

I enjoy the KFC chain quite a bit, however the staff member I dealt with at this location the last time here argued with me about the menu and what was "allowed" to be done. When I ask that I get mashed potatoes and gravy instead of cole slaw that should not invoke an argument. When I asked about the off menu item called the "Double Down" again I was met with attitude, and resistance! I drove off and went to the Strongsville location where the Double Down is always tasty!

I am literally at this KFC as I write this, I ordered at the drive thru, the item I wanted required a ten minute wait which I decided to wait for. When I pulled up the cashier (lyona) offered me a free beverage in light of my wait. Ive waited at fast food drive thrus prior and never received anything for the wait. Pleasent surprise. Thanks Lyona and Brunswick KFC, its the little things.

I went there the not only messed up my order the manager was disrespectful and mean and someother words google wouldnt approve of. i went home found out that they cant do their jobs and to get what i ordered i had to put up with alot. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER KFC, TACO BELL, OR PIZZA HUT AGAIN!

Terrible, we had to wait forever and they still didnt put in the bag the whole meal, we had to go back!! To get it ! stay away from this place. Dont waist your time and money!!!They are very slow and they dont know what they are doing. Never going back again!!

I love KFC and when the chicken is freshly cooked, it is especially good! Sometimes there is a wait (I think this is because they do not have enough workers compared to a McDonalds, for example) but it is worth it.

wow KFC finally got it right with the new zinger chicken sandwich ! Always enjoyed their chicken but they always lacked a good chicken sandwich ... glad you fixed that issue !
